Job Mandate

The Operations Head is primarily responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Customer Service, Marketing and overall Operations of branch. The Job

Customer management

• Deliver an exceptional account management experience for our retail grocery channel customers.

• Minimize stock write-offs for retail products wherever possible with additional trade marketing activities, clearance through other channels, and claim from brand principals.
