Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Project management and daily operations including inspections, handover and site measurements.
• Prepare submission of shop drawing, method of statement, progress claims and project management reports
• Supervise and monitor projects are carried out in accordance to company's operating procedures, quality standards and contractual specifications
• Ensure environmental, safety and health practices are carried out at all times

Requirements (Qualification & Experience)

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
• Positive attitude, including being self-motivated, responsible and taking ownership of work
• Minimum 5 years' of working experience in Construction industry will be an added advantage
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Driver Requirements:

• A valid driver's license.
• 4-5 year driving experience.
• Extensive knowledge of the operating area.
• Physical strength and ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Good verbal communication.
• Proficiency using GPS device.
