Responsibilities • Liaise with authorities, client and consultant to execute the work as per specification and authority’s requirements • Liaise with engineer and foreman to execute the work as per planning for the project • Carry out the inspection with RTO/RE as per specification and approved design • Supervise and coordinate with the subcontractors for the assigned site activities to meet schedule and control the quality of the work • Supervise the civil & structure work such as Excavation work (open cut and deep), Rock Blasting, Bored Piling work, Sheet piling work, Strutting work, Ground Improvement work, RC and Steel Structure work, Road work • Coordinate closely with M&E and Architectural work related to structure work. • Coordinate with LTA / PUB/ JTC for the related to structure work and civil work.

Main duties:

• Provides technical support for sales staff, including installation, commissioning, testing and maintenance of all products handled by the respective divisions in the region.
• Project implementation of IT infrastructure or medical equipment system project in a hospital environment.

Pre-requisite:

• Diploma in Computer Networking / Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) with 2 years' experience.
• Preferably with 1 Year(s) of working experience in Computer Networking or related field.

1. Good standards and understanding construction quality assurance
2. Perform checks on the structural, architectural or material / works in steel, extrusion, metal (mild steel / stainless steel / aluminium), glass and aluminium sheet related to ensure that the final touch-up works are ready for inspections.
3. Coordinate on quality matters with project team, conduct regular inspection to ensure works are in compliance with method statements & proper sequence of work and in accordance to BCA’s good industry practice.
4. Ensure that all project quality records and quality audit plans are maintained, assist in yearly ISO audit.
5. Prepare Quality Control Plan, procedures, and QA/QC reports.
6. Conduct periodic training for site personnel and subcontractor’s workers where necessary.
7. Identify, feedback and provide corrective actions in areas of quality control and quality standards.
8. Ensure legal obligations are followed and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and with health and safety guidelines.
9. Document QA/QC activities and creating audit reports.

Key Requirement

• At least 10 years of hands-on operational experience in Messaging and collaboration, Exchange Hybrid, Unified Communication domain with Skills - MS Teams/Skype for Business with Enterprise Voice, knowledge, and experience on deployment of Microsoft SFB/Teams in large enterprise.
• At least 4 years of proven experience as L3 escalation engineer for operation issues and problems
• Experience in financial sectors is preferred.
• Hands-on operational troubleshooting Messaging and United Communication (Exchange/Teams)
• Experience with Microsoft Teams Templates
• Familiarity with Azure admin centre and Teams admin centre
• Microsoft Certification (Teams Administrator Associate/Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer Associate)
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 Services (Azure, Exchange, O365 etc.)
• Experience with Azure Active Directory (AD) Groups and Microsoft (M365) Groups
• Microsoft Windows 10 operating systems.
• Microsoft Windows Server operating systems.
• Scripting and automation experience in PowerShell, Python, Graph API to automate business processes.
• Power BI and Azure Dashboard
• Understanding in telecommunications, E911, SBC, Country Carrier SIP networks, MS Operator Connect
• A conceptual understanding of routing/switching/QoS, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, subnetting, proxies, firewalls and their potential impact on voice, video, and web streaming network environments
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, facilitation and leadership skills along with effective oral/written communication skills
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical users. Staying calm under pressure
• Ability to work collaboratively with others, take the initiative to troubleshoot issues, and offer guidance and recommendations for improvements
