Job Description:

• Sales and customer service-related duties and responsibilities will be the main focus, including but not limited to the following tasks:

About the role

Duty Engineer

The Duty Engineer plays a crucial role in overseeing all engineering operations within the hotel. This includes delegating tasks to subordinates, coordinating engineering activities, and implementing preventive maintenance programs. He/she will ensure compliance with maintenance standards, monitor supplies, and respond to emergency breakdowns. Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Customer Service Assistant located in North Bridge Road.Our client is the leading manufacturer and distributor of components for Factory Automation, Press Die and Plastic Mold, Electrical & Wiring Parts, Tools and MRO items.

You will be responsible for handling and processing a large volume of quotations and sales orders, ensuring they are completed within the target time. This includes verifying and correcting any part number errors in the orders. You will also manage customer inquiries, responding promptly and professionally via phone, email, and web chat.

In addition to processing claims related to shipment delays, defective items, or incorrect pricing, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any issues with customer orders, such as requesting lead time changes from suppliers.
