Responsibilities

• Responsible for M&E services proposals for building and infrastructure projects encompassing conducting feasibility studies, resolution of technical issues, conceptual design, writing of specifications, budgeting, programming, procurement, design review, safety and quality assurance.
• Working with stakeholders, service providers, contractors and consultants, reviewing the providing value engineering solutions with the objective of achieving quality, compliance and value for money
• Support tender and execution of projects
• Review of sub-contractors’ proposal and design
• Work with respective sub-contractors (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, aircon, fire protection etc) to produce shop drawings
• Integrate shop drawings into BIM system for feasibility review
• Familiar with oil tank construction and oil pipeline laying
• Coordinate site activities during construction
• Liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors etc
• Ensure the smooth completion of the project
• Any other ad-hoc matters assigned by Management

Requirements

• A recognised Degree/ Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
• Familiar with API 650 code will be an added advantage

Job Objectives

The Bank seeking a talented and experienced Spark Scala Developer with expertise in Elasticsearch to join their team. As a Spark Scala Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and optimizing big data solutions using Apache Spark, Scala, and Elasticsearch. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable and efficient data processing pipelines and search applications. Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and implement Spark Scala applications and data processing pipelines to process large volumes of structured and unstructured data

· Integrate Elasticsearch with Spark to enable efficient indexing, querying, and retrieval of data

· Optimize and tune Spark jobs for performance and scalability, ensuring efficient data processing and indexing in Elasticsearch

Key Requirements

· In-depth understanding of Apache Spark architecture, RDDs, DataFrames, and Spark SQL

Brief Description:

End-User Support, strong in supporting all Windows, iOS, and macOS systems, applications, and networking related.

Responsibilities

• Basic help desk resolution and service desk delivery.
• Routine System administrative activities
• Resolve incidents escalated by L1/Helpdesk as per the agreed SLAs and timelines. They usually have a Run-Book/KB which they can refer to for immediate resolutions. They are also supposed to coordinate with any other support or dependency groups in case the incident has any linkage.

Job Descriptions:

• Audits the supervision of construction of shafts and bored tunnel structures by TBM in compliance with the requirements of the Building and Construction Authority and to the requirements of the Contracts.
• Ensures that records of all works including but not limited to tests, inspections, and minutes of site meetings are filed in the Project Information Management System.
• Resolves construction related issues raised by Client/Contractors.
• Provides inputs on contractual aspects of the tunnel contracts.
• Monitors and reports on daily, weekly and monthly work progress and safety records.
• Conducts site audits on quality of works in accordance with approved drawings and contract specifications.
• Reviews all drawings, specifications and endorse on daily, weekly and monthly site reports submitted by Contractors.
• Maintains a high profile in HSES by active participation in HSES audits, inspections and reviews.
• Promotes a near miss reporting culture and ensure lessons learnt from these near misses are shared across the program.

Qualifications:

• Possess a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering;
• At least 5 years of related work experience of which 3 years in design and construction of deep tunnel related projects;
• Good knowledge of Civil, Structural and Geotechnical Engineering, particularly deep excavation and tunnelling works;
• Experience in Slurry Shield TBM will be an advantage;
• Strong letter and report writing ability
