Job Summary:

Job Purpose:

The Sales Engineer is responsible for driving the revenue growth of his / her portfolio within the SEA region for both the advanced materials (coating services) and the industrial equipment business units.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the formulation and drive execution of the sales and marketing strategy within the SEA region (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippine, Indonesia) to deliver sales revenue growth within the 3 years business plan.
• Actively collaborate in collaborative market research into regional markets to identify clear target customers with defined market segments and application groups defined in the strategy.
• Lead and drive strategic sales initiatives for the SEA region, collaborating with the required internal resources to identify and acquire qualified leads and ultimately create new opportunities. Qualifications
