1) Oversee the Test Operations in terms of production, quality, resources utilization, machine setup and maintenance
2) To drive and adopt the world class manufacturing practices across company ATS facilities.
3) Create strategies and drive performance excellence of the ATS facilities as well as improve operational excellence across the whole procedure.
4) Continuous upgrade/evolution of human resources, process, and technology of ATS team.
5) Ensure high employee engagement at every level through effective motivation, coaching, training and development of personnel in ATS team.
6) Accountable for leading projects and team members to achieve company goals.
7) Working with the team to build effective roadmaps of improvement initiative, understand the linkage and dependencies with all departments, divisions and corporate initiatives.
8) Cost management technique for productivity enhancement & process improvement.
9) Creating standard and specific SOP, training material and conducting process and system audit to make continual process improvement.
10) Monitor KPIs for continuous improvement.
11) Work with customers directly with continuous improvement to operational requirement & regular process review.
12) Designated as member of the Safety Committee cooperating and upholding Safety protocol/SOP.
13) Enforce and ensure all times compliance of Company Safety and Security protocol/SOP.
