• Redirect problems to appropriate resource.
• Reviews all system occurrences to prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate and follow up with Hotline on all reported cases and communicate to the customer where necessary.
• Interact with the customer to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
• Provide guidance and training to CC room staff on all software related matters.
• Carry out training to staff and conduct practical test during off peak period.
• Coordinate with local equipment supplier/vendors (system related).
• Perform periodically review of system logs, operations report and follow up on action plans.
• Review monthly operations statistics together with the Manager.
• Provide monthly system performance analysis and generate required reports for stakeholders
• Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures where necessary.
• Maintain operational, configuration or other procedures where necessary.
• Schedule & deploy firmware updates & patches for equipment (Servers and Network devices) with vendors.
• Stay current with system information, changes, and updates.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• Certifications in supporting relevant technologies such as MCP, MCSE and CCNA will be a definite advantage.
• Diploma in Computer Science or Engineering, or its equivalent, with relevant experience of at least 7 years will also be considered.
• Experience in maintaining automated baggage handling systems or automated systems in material handling industries preferred.
• Experience in a control room environment preferred.
• General understanding of the underlying operating system, e.g., VMware, Windows and Linux.
• General understanding of storage technologies, memory management, disk arrays, NAS/SAN, networking.
• Must be a strong team player and able to work independently, with curiosity and strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to travel overseas if required.
• Possess strong communication skills in English.

• As a Platform Engineer, your role is to design, develop, and maintain distributed applications using the Oracle Tuxedo middleware platform and other technologies.
• Designing and developing distributed applications using Oracle Tuxedo middleware platform.
• Writing efficient, scalable, and reliable code in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or COBOL to implement application logic.
• Configuring and managing the Oracle Tuxedo environment, including setting up application servers, managing resources, and optimizing performance.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, system administrators, and database administrators, to gather requirements, design application architecture, and ensure seamless integration.
• Developing and maintaining documentation for applications, including code comments, technical specifications, and system configurations.
• Performing unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the applications meet functional and performance requirements.
• Conducting performance tuning and optimization of Oracle Tuxedo applications.
• Keeping up to date with the latest Oracle Tuxedo platform updates, technologies, and best practices in distributed application development.
• Providing technical support and guidance to other team members and stakeholders.
• Participating in code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards and software development best practices

Main Responsibilities:

• Independently complete the layout of electrical equipment and the submission of drawings for the layout of trunk cable channels;
• Responsible for the database construction of electrical equipment and bracket models;
• Responsible for the three-dimensional layout of electrical equipment, cable brackets, penetrations, supports, etc.;
• Responsible for the output of two-dimensional drawings, and proficient in using AutoCad design software;
• Responsible for the selection and statistical ordering of electrical professional related materials;
• Responsible for the three-dimensional measurement of cable paths in cable books;
• Responsible for on-site support after the output of drawings and solving problems during on-site construction.

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
• More than 6 years of electrical design experience, experience in FPSO transformation projects, and experience in electrical professional supervisor is preferred;
• Experience in AM software operation, and experience in AM software database management is preferred;
• Familiar with the specifications of at least one commonly used international classification society, and understand the requirements of the specifications for the layout and installation of electrical equipment and cables;
• Familiar with commonly used international conventions such as IMO SOLASCOLREG;
• Understand the upstream design and process design process, and understand the detailed electrical design drawings;
• Understand the basic requirements and system-related knowledge of other professional layouts such as piping, machinery, and outfitting;
