JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum GCE 'A' levels or Diploma qualifications
• Possess at least 2 year of relevant work experience in customer service-related job roles, preferably in enrichment centres settings.
• Proficient in MacBook and G-Suites (e.g. Drive, Gmail, Docs, and Sheets)
• Possess excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written), strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
• Able to display effective and efficient customer service abilities.
• Possess good work ethics (e.g. Integrity, professionalism, committed to excellence)
• Willing to be trained according to enrichment centre ethos and SOPs
• Able to work independently and also a team player
• Open to be deployed at other centres due to work exigencies.

OTHER INFORMATION

• 6 Days - 5 weekdays including a weekend either Sat or Sunday
• Your work schedule is pegged to the center's operation hours and operational needs.
• CSO will work the following hours: Weekdays: 12.30pm to 9.30pm (inclusive of one hour's meal break)
• Saturday or Sunday: 8.30am to 6.30pm (inclusive of 1Hour meal break
• 1 weekday off; 1 rest day +/- 2-hour meeting per week
• Work location is subject to operational needs. You need to be comfortable with traveling to branches around Singapore.

• To provide wherever and whenever necessary standing supervision for the construction of civil and structural works in accordance to the Project specifications, construction drawings and Building Control Act and Regulations.
• To be overall in charge of the management and control of a team of site staff or Resident Technical Officer(s) in performing their duties on site so that they can provide satisfactory supervision and to take responsibility of their work and performance.
• To oversee in all aspects relating to the construction of the Project, keeping and submitting record of works, materials, equipment at site, attending meetings, keeping minutes of meetings and discussions, assisting in the co-ordination of Contractor’s works with Consultants and any external parties like neighbouring contractors and utility companies.

Requirements:

• Minimally a Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board.
• Candidate must be a registered Resident Engineer with BCA.
• At least 6 years site supervisory experience in LTA projects.
• Must be literate in English and have a good knowledge to use computer, computer software, e.g. Microsoft
