Position Summary:

The Technical Project Manager, or known as Engineering Delivery Manager within Thales, is responsible for leading his team to the completion of engineering tasks within committed budgets, schedules, quality and performance for successful bids and projects delivery. He coordinates and monitors the implementation of all engineering tasks throughout the whole life cycle of a bid/project.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure engineering activities are well managed within constraints of bids/projects, approved architecture, design policy, contracts, and company quality requirements.
• Lead collaborative discussion and co-engineering between internal teams, vendors and customers to analyse, prioritise and validate stakeholders' requirements.

Purpose of the job

The Regional Operations Manager:

1. Must ensure Operational integrity for his/her stations in the region by strictly complying with safety and security regulations, following procedures and regulations established in the operational and safety manuals in force.
2. Manages quality standards in the stations in order to ensure customer satisfaction, controls cost at lowest possible level and optimize aircraft (and if applicable: truck) capacity, contributing to customer satisfaction and maximization of load factor.
3. Is the representative of Operations in the Management Team of the market. He/she is responsible for maintaining constant communication, either directly or via Local Operations staff, with Sales and Distribution, Customer Service, Local Authorities and suppliers.
4. Is part of the roster planning and performs tasks related to flight operations for all stations in the region on a regular basis. In this capacity, he/she will be required to maintain close communication with both internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Customer Service) as well as with external stakeholders (e.g. GHA, authorities, suppliers).
5. Is responsible for managing his/her team including all HR related aspects.

Key Responsibilities

Management/Administration

• Structure and manage an adequate operations supervisory team for cargo Handling supervision and/or executing all or partial cargo operations activities of the Carrier(s) (Documentation, warehouse). Guarantee that own staff and/or handling companies’ staff are trained according regulations standards of the carrier.

Elements are:

• Organize on a timely and correct manner as per local HR and AOD guidelines all HR issues related to own team.
• Perform appraisal and TCP in concert with Market Manager and Carrier AOD.

Compliance Management

• Facilitate and follow-up on the external, internal audits and inspections.
• Participate in incident investigation processes and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure integrity of data capture, address transmitting issues.
• Be accountable for the compliance with the Safety Management System (SMS).

Safety Management System (SMS)

• Report unsafe situation and actively mitigate risks.
• Compliance: execution and steer towards improvement with local Operations, Ground Handling company (GHA), local authorities and industries related organizations.
• Implement and maintain “5-Must-haves” principles.
• Perform and follow up on performance reviews with GHA and action items coming from audits, inspections and other relevant platforms.
• Maintain current on all relevant training in order to keep up-to-date and have a high level of standard.
• Read and understand content of all operations manual and keep up-to-date with all published changes.
• Monitoring and follow-up on inbound and outbound non-compliance issues for improvement and preventive measures with origin and Hub.

Supplier Management

• Manage and continuously improve operational quality via operating mechanisms and quality measurement systems in close cooperation with Market Manager and AOD’s.
• Make report events, SMS performance and action implementation during internal review and external meeting with supplier.

Elements of the above are:

• Monitor Supplier, staff and equipment to achieve all quality targets and to execute all working procedures required on a per-shipment and flight level.
• Take local actions to correct any deviations or discrepancies and report to AODs and Market Manager.
• Guarantee all tracking/tracing (local) monitoring requests are actioned and ensure accurate and timely response.
• Perform regular review meeting with suppliers for analyzing and taking actions against deviations and discrepancies.

Cargo Handling

• Export and Transit: Guarantee build-up plan instructions for all flights related to his station(s) / his market, based on the final booking list, which will comply with all legal and procedural regulations.

Elements of the above are:

• Loading instructions for special loads like heavy and big shipments.
• Ensuring clear loading and buildup instructions.
• Ensure check on export manifest and manage disruptions (i.e. offloads) when needed.
• Control and enforce adherence to the AFLS processes i.e. Queue treatment & creation; flight planning; reassigment of shipments when applicable.

Import:

• Organize arrival manifest’s review for irregularities prior to flight arrival, problems’ anticipation and instruction of third party on necessary actions to alleviate or minimize consequences.
• Organize future flights’ preview for potential conflicts, especially for cargo planned from another station.

Flight planning:

• Ensure Flightplan creation
• Coordinate and optimize flight capacity vs. cargo demand.
• Organize and control last minute changes to optimize flight capacity.

Trucking:

• Organize and steer local trucking operations in case applicable.

Communication

• Messages with regard to individual shipments, flights and other events must be sent correctly, on time and according to pre-defined procedures to relevant and specified parties.

ULD and Stock Control

• Guarentee available equipment and consumables used for handling.

Elements are:

• Guarantee equipment is monitored by third-party staff, recognize training needs and organize locally
• Ensure ULD stock information is communicated timely and correctly
• Ensure station stock is managed effectively at lowest possible cost

Finance and Accounting

• Correct and on time handling of invoices in compliance with accounting procedures.
• Ensure GHA performs correct other charges collection procedures.
• Guarantee and/or perform the execution of the initial audit on all invoices for services performed at the station included but not limited to the handling invoice, equipment leases, maintenance, and consumables such as plastic, wood, etc.
• Steer and/or lead any discussion with suppliers on all cost discrepancies.

South East Asia

Within this role the Regional OPS Manager will be responsible for the Operational Compliance and Quality of all stations within this market. This is done either via delegated responsibilities to Operations Managers in the stations where the Regional OPS Manager is not located. · Export and Transit: while on roster, guarantee build-up plan instructions for South East Asia flights (or trucks) based on the final booking list, which will comply with all legal and procedural regulations. Elements are:

- Loading instructions for special loads like heavy and big shipments.

- Ensuring clear loading and buildup instructions.

- Ensure check on export manifest and manage disruptions (i.e. offloads) when needed.

- Control and enforce adherence to the AFLS processes i.e. Queue treatment & creation; flight planning; reassignment of shipments when applicable.

- Organize and steer local trucking operations in case applicable.

· Import:

- Organize arrival manifest’s review for irregularities prior to flight arrival, problems’ anticipation and instruction of third party on necessary actions to alleviate or minimize consequences.

- Organize future flights’ preview for potential conflicts, especially for cargo planned from another station.

· Communication

- Messages with regard to individual shipments, flights and other events must be sent correctly, on time and according to pre-defined procedures to relevant and specified parties.

5. ULD and stock control

· Guarantee available equipment and consumables used for handling.

Elements are:

· Guarantee equipment is monitored by third-party staff, recognize training needs and organize locally

· Ensure ULD stock information is communicated timely and correctly

· Ensure station stock is managed effectively at lowest possible cost

6. Finance and accounting

· Correct and on time handling of invoices in compliance with accounting procedures.

· Ensure GHA performs correct other charges collection procedures.

· Guarantee and/or perform the execution of the initial audit on all invoices for services performed at the station included but not limited to the handling invoice, equipment leases, maintenance, and consumables such as plastic, wood, etc.

• Manages Facebook, Tiktok, Lazada, & Shopee Livestream accounts. Responsible for creating live stream campaigns on social media and e-commerce platforms (Tiktok, Facebook, Lazada, Shopee, etc) for two brands: HOUZE & Table Matters
• Coordinates with influencers, live streamers, our partners, the agencies we're working with, and finding excellent influencers creators.
• Develop new live-stream sales strategies & campaigns
• Execute live-stream promotional campaigns to achieve sales targets as assigned by the Management.
• Constantly research and keep abreast of the latest marketing trends, emerging technologies and digital tools to produce high-quality content.
• Track and monitor live stream performance and submit reports to Management.
• Monitor analytics of online shopping via TikTok, Facebook, Lazada, and Shopee accounts
• Work with affiliate partners
• Achieve sales conversion rate from the live stream as determined by Management
• To undertake any ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts & customer stakeholders
• Concept and Strategy Planning to unleash your creative juices to achieve brand storytelling and business objectives
• Monitors and analyses key performance metrics for online store optimisation in our Tier-2 platforms like Amazon, FortyTwo, NTUC FairPrice, Zalora, Q10, local Singapore supermarkets, and online furniture shops

Requirement:

• Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent and above
• Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP)
• Organizational skills and good attention to detail
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels
• Knowledgeable of the e-commerce space, including marketing strategies, leading e-commerce website builders and sales platforms (e.g. Shopify, Amazon, Zalora), product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends and usability best practices.

This position is for a professional who puts our creators at the core of everything we do to develop relationships with existing, new creators and new strategic partnerships using their excellent operational skills. Success in this position requires strong operational skills in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines. You will work closely with cross-functional team internally and external partners to advocate for creator and community needs.

Responsibilities

• Utilize various internal tools to help onboard creators and troubleshooting on an ongoing basis.
• Process contract changes on a regular basis and where needed
• Work closely with Strategic Partner Managers to drive operational improvements for the region and lead various other ad-hoc initiatives to support the business as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree or higher
• 2+ years of experience in business operations within the gaming operations industry.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and the ability to clarify and summarize complex issues
