Job Description

•Outline building orientations per elevation

• Insert building floor and unit numbers at a per defect level

• Checks for external and internal reports before compiling together with relevant reportheader

• Adding building’s rectified images need to the defect image once rectification is complete

• Gathering of building and site information (diagrams, building name and address, buildingtype and client information)

• Other adhoc task including but not limited to time stamping of images in report, defectmapping, and other QC checks

• Assist in data collection for internal inspections.

• Assist in compiling and quality control of inspection reports.

• Assist in any other project delivery and operations tasks as needed (including but not limited to): Tethered flight drone operations (as spotter) and distributing door-to-door notices informing of drone operations

• Working hours (9AM-4PM) from Monday-Friday

Job Duties:

• Oversee and be responsible for client accounts
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand client base
• Maintain and service existing clients
• Manage ad-hoc staff under each account – handle each accounts’ deployment, timesheet and annual leave planning. (Including weekends)
• Roster planning. (Including weekends)
• Facilitate collaboration within their pool of staff
• Cover the receptionist or concierge role when pool of staff is down

Requirements:

• Deployment and travelling to client site (islandwide) for coverage is required
• Proficient in usage of Microsoft Office Software Suite such as Word, Excel and Outlook
• Possess effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable in working a fast pace working environment

Responsibilities

1.Provide First Call Resolution (FCR) technical support via phone and email. Ensure calls are answered and emails are responded in a timely manner.
