• Job Purpose

Biosearch Technologies™ provides products and services for genomic analysis that support mission critical applications for global customers in agrigenomics and human healthcare. The portfolio offers integrated tools and technologies to accelerate sample preparation, amplification, cloning and expression, next generation sequencing (NGS), custom oligonucleotide synthesis, nucleic acid chemistry reagents, and oligo therapeutics. Biosearch Technologies is currently recruiting for a field service engineer II to join us in providing front-line technical support to our repertoire of genomics platform and consumables as described above.

With a focus on always putting customers first, our Field Service Engineer is expected to work closely with our regional customer base to ensure maximum equipment uptime, software optimal utilization, training and troubleshooting functions. 

Field Service Engineer is expected to be a role model and poise to mentor and develop junior service engineers on the day-to-day activities, coaching sessions and able to report and assign task to juniors and self and provide reports back to global service leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong service support rapport with regional key account customers in APAC.
• Site Preparation; instrument Installations; training; troubleshooting, preventative maintenance as core task
• Facilitating service contract proposals and tracking as and when required.
• Function as an integral part of a wider global support team to offer “In Time zone 24/7” emergency service support call and troubleshooting assistance as and when assigned with urgent breakdown call with overnight travel either regionally or globally.    
• Train and support customer in the application of “SFDC sales force” CRM platform as a service case tool to record and track service cases
• Support the generation of training aids and technical documentations as required
• Provide timely and concise Pre/Post trip reports and SFDC updates to maintain proper customer CRM records
• Work closely with the commercial and customer service team to ensure prompt and responsive customer support in building strong customer allegiance for the LGC, D&G branding.
• After normal office hours on-call support assignments (global support rotation) as part of a global technical support framework.
• Involving in engineering project, product management request for technical feedback/support
• The individual will be responsible for instrument commissioning, training, test and repair of equipment, and preventative maintenance.
• Expected to mentor junior field service engineers in problem resolution.
• Seeks continuous improvement processes to optimize technical support to our customers in the region.
• This position is responsible to effectively communicate instrument status, issues, and customer complaints and needs to appropriate managers and internal resources.  Will be responsible to proactively take ownership and follow-through with generated issues or complaints reported from themselves, as assigned, or from junior service engineers.
• Responds with flexibility and collaboration to the needs of the business – both internally and externally – by addressing important corporate initiatives when requested by management.

The Senior GCC Analyst provides front-line support to customers of CME Group for traded cash FX markets and provides relevant investigation and analysis for any major outages to management and other business stakeholders. In this role, the Senior GCC Analyst works regularly in a customer facing capacity to deliver informational assistance via telephone and electronic means. The analyst will need to be able understand the FX cash aspect of support and business to facilitate troubleshooting for any critical trading and connectivity issue on our platform.

For this role the analyst will have a passion for solving problems and delivering excellent customer service. The candidate will deliver advanced market and technical assistance for front-end trading platforms, market data and match engine functionality.

Successful candidates will possess a majority of the below qualification, experiences and be comfortable with the responsibilities.

Responsibilities will include and not be limited to the following:

• Develop ad-hoc queries and perform complex data analysis to create data driven solutions to support or change policy, process procedures and technologies
• Field customer enquiries related to market events, connectivity, business technologies and products
• Decides appropriate course of action when speaking with a customer, such as which actions would accurately solve their technical problem. Decides when problems need to be escalated to a higher-level resource.
• Evaluate and monitor market activity and order flow for efficiency and anomalous behavior
• Perform investigations for both internal and external clients - be able to articulate challenging and complex problems and solutions to a broad range of audiences

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's in information systems, computer science a related field from a recognized university
• Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in single bank or multi-banks eTrading platforms. Previous experience with vendors is welcome
• Experience with leading industry charting/news platforms and front ends, such as Bloomberg, Trading Technologies and Eikon Refinitiv
• Good understanding in foreign exchange modules with emphasis on Spot FX and NDFs (Outright and Swaps is a bonus)
• Good grasp of full trade life cycle from execution to front and back office (STP/Murex/MT300) processing
• Exposure to Kibana/Monitoring dashboards
• Analyst will support Japanese customers. High proficiency in the Japanese language is preferred.

Experience:

• Previous experience within trading, technical support, and market analysis
• FIX protocol/API connectivity expertise and basic Linux commands knowledge alongside experience with trading GUI features to help with troubleshooting
• Ability to read and understand user logs
• Experience with Linux/Unix commands.
• Ability to perform order analysis to identify latency/rejections/slippage/mismatch
• The candidate must be able to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills
• Prior customer support experience via telephone and electronic means

Job Description

Product Management & Marketing Activities:

• Develop and iterate marketing plans for assigned portfolio(s) which include new product launches, product lifecycle management, go-to-market strategies, tactics, demand forecast, and pricing strategy per Corporate’s guidance
• Create and drive market shaping and market development initiatives to accelerate conversions and project wins
• Collaborate with countries and GA regional team to develop and execute region and country strategies
• Ensure smooth execution of marketing plans through close collaboration with key internal stakeholders, key customers and distributors
• Organise and co-ordinate all aspects of product promotional campaigns and / or participation in 3rd party conferences (SEA led or work closely with country teams on execution)
• Measure effectiveness of marketing plan and campaigns, and pivot accordingly

Market Knowledge:

• Possesses thorough understanding of SEA region healthcare policies, and industry and market macrotrends which would impact market access and marketing strategy

Reporting & Forecasting:

• Participate in monthly SEA MORs, monthly Country Project Update Meetings, budgeting and forecasting process

• Manage and optimize resource allocation i.e., assigned expense budget for marketing activities for focus countries and products

Our Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Marketing or industry-related discipline (MBA is an advantage)
• Over 5 - 7 years of working experience in marketing with minimum 3 years’ marketing experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, demonstrating strategic thinking and successful implementation of marketing strategies
• Prior experience in sales/commercial roles is desired
• Experience working with distributors and / or digital marketing would be an advantage
• Possesses strong business acumen and excellent presentation skills (both oral and written)

Position Overview:

LRN is seeking a Client Success Manager to maintain relationships and ensure value delivery within our existing customer base. In this role, you will be one of two primary points of contacts for clients with the other being a delivery Project Manager.
