Requirements:

• A degree in an engineering-related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant working experience in handling Compressor solutions engineering and application engineering.
• Knowledge, experience, and a passion for handling centrifugal/screw/reciprocating compressor business in the Asia Pacific Region.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting ideas and cross-functional discussions.
• Excellent rapport building and negotiation skills.
• Strong initiative with problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience working with Japanese companies is an advantage.
• Willing to travel frequently within the Asia-Pacific Region, such as ASEAN (travel frequency: 50% and above).

Job Description

· The candidate will report directly to Head of Marketing and will undertake the ownership of the products assigned, develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, grow market share and its profitability.

· Develop and execute short/long term action plans to grow the product portfolios in terms of its brands awareness, market share and product profitability.

· Plan and execute ATL and BTL campaigns, marketing communications (online and offline) and POSM production for all product portfolios under his/her responsibility.
