Job Scope

• Responsible to handle the key accounts of the region
• Will work to expand the existing base of the business. Will be responsible for the P&L, budgeting operations and reporting
• Will be coordinating with various stakeholders in Europe and key account partners
• Will be responsible for the buying, supply chain and day-to-day operations
• Will keep an update on latest fashion trends, growth opportunities and will launch new categories

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce business development and account management
• Preferably from a fashion retail brand background, prior experience from in-house international/ recognisable brands would be a strong plus
• Strong network and understanding of the SEA market

Roles and Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan all works on site, including program schedules and construction methods, forecast equipment, material and manpower requirement, and control usage and wastages of all.
• Responsible for management of subcontractors, suppliers in term of site progress and programme
• Liaise with authorities, client's representatives and consultants
• Responsible for project quality, health & safety and environmental issues
• Project Management reporting
• Monitoring of project cost and budgetary control
• Troubleshoot and guide project teams on a wide variety of complex problems with interdependence on other projects
• Identify solutions within broad application and functional expertise
• Recommend and drive the analysis of and solutions to problems.

Job Requirements:

• Possess recognised Degree in Project Management or its equivalent
• Minimum 10 years’ construction working experience in project/site management in construction industry
• Preferably completed relevant safety courses required by MOM
• Independent, diligent, meticulous and highly motivated with excellent team spirit
• Good project management, communication and good analytical skills
• Ability to work with tight schedule in a fast-paced environment
• Adopt a proactive mindset when facing and solving issues; take charge of the planning and organization of resources and activities at the site
• Proponent of lean principles, actively seeking to maximize value and minimize waste in processes and resource management
• Believer of empirical data and measurement as the basis of decision-making to improve efficiency and productivity
