Our client is a global leader in Oil & Gas, Marine Offshore Engineering. Due to fast expansion, they are actively seeking for Planning Manager/ Superintendent.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Senior Planning Manager.
• Responsible for Planning, monitoring and controlling of the Projects.
• Responsible for L4 schedule/MP Histogram/S Curves/RDC preparation.
• Responsible for the overall weekly/monthly progress report preparation and ensure that it is delivered to the Client in a timely manner.
• Review, Monitor & Analyze the project progress and KPI on weekly basis.
• Attend Client/internal meeting. Highlight Area of concern, critical path and 2 weeks look ahead plan to the project teams.
• Work closely with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
• Identify potential risks and uncertainties that may impact project timelines and deliverables.
• Develop contingency plans and work with the project team to mitigate risks.
• Evaluate and assess the impact of any changes to the project scope, schedule or resources.
• Work with the project team to implement changes and update project plan accordingly.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification
• Min 8 years of relevant working experience in marine shipyard or related industry
• Experience using Primavera software, P6

• Analyse the competitor information, develop and execute competitive strategies

• Work closely with account team for identifying business opportunities, conduct business development opportunities and follow through company strategy.

• Responsible for mid-high level customer relationship management.

• Conduct technical workshop for customers, analyse the existing problems and challenges of customers' existing networks, combined with industry development trends, to put forward future-oriented network design & solution.

• Work closely with customers, engineers and vendors to address and track end-to-end solution related issues.

• Responsible for project tasks assigned and to handle the tasks well within the given schedules.

• Provide coaching and mentoring for junior engineer(s), to ensure that the knowledge transfer is smooth and junior engineer(s) always perform up to company expectation.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/ Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/ Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/ Electronic) or equivalent.

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in telecom industry with fix network solution and technology understanding,

• Has the capability to handle XGSPON/GPON, IP and WDM solution design and network analysis.

• Have E2E configuration and solution design experience for fixed network solutions

• Vendor or Operator experience is essential.

• 5G knowledge and project experiences is preferred.

• Knowledge about Huawei solutions and products is preferred.

• Team player, self-motivated, result-oriented and highly independent.

• Experience in marketing & sales will be an added advantage.

• Experience in pre-sales, bidding / service sale is preferred

• Good product/solution presentation and negotiation skills.

The BIM Manager is responsible to oversee the quality, design and technical aspect of construction projects of the Company and helps developing a strategy for the development and deployment of new and emerging building construction and civil engineering technologies. He / She is overall in charge of implementing the BIM execution plan with the aid of the Project team and draftsmen team. BIM Manager handles the BIM coordination for the various projects and ensure that the draftsman fulfil the modelling requirements and requests by project teams within the stipulated schedule. Responsible for the development, coordination, publication, and verification that all necessary configurations required for seamless integration of design and construction model information have been implemented and assures information is provided at milestone submittals. And ensures development and compliance with the approved BIM Execution and BIM Scope Plans.
