RESPONSIBILITIES

• To engage in Sales & Marketing activities for company ’s range of Medical Equipment & Consumables

• To be responsible for meeting up with new and existing customers, by introducing and selling selected range of medical equipment and consumables

• Build good relationships with customers and grow the product portfolio for the team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, preferably with the background of Nursing , Biomedical or any Engineering discipline equivalent.

• Prior sales experience & product knowledge in the medical device industry (Patient Monitoring Solutions and Life Support Equipment) would be an added advantage.

• Good computer skills, especially in MS Office (Word / Excel / Powerpoint)

The Cluster FP&A Manager will be dedicated to MedTech sector and will partner with Finance leader of the large cluster in enabling Business Unit Finance’s success in Planning & Updates, Reporting, and Analytics activities. This role will be critical in developing relationships with key stakeholders within the Business Unit Finance team as well as relevant Business Partners to ensure their FP&A needs are being met.

You will supervise a team of 2-3 analysts and be responsible for coaching, providing feedback and developing the necessary FP&A skills of the analysts. You will play a pivotal role in reviewing critical outputs / work products produced by the Analysts and forging internal collaboration across the team to ensure high service delivery.

You will also play a pivotal role in the simplification & standardization initiative. You will ensure appropriate standardization of FP&A activities within the cluster and will support the FP&A Director in identifying and evaluating opportunities to refine and enhance the global standards. You will serve a key role in implementing and refining new FP&A capabilities for the MedTech Asia Pac team.

You will work closely with other tiers of Finance to maintain an understanding of the broader P&L. Your core understanding of the FP&A process, as well as your ability to take ownership for performance and development of others, will be vital to the success of the MedTech Asia Pac team as a whole.

Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance-related discipline
• CPA, CMA or other financial certification will be advantageous
• At least 8 years of relevant FP&A experience.
• Knowledge of general finance/accounting processes.
• Strong influencer, independent thinking, and strong planning/prioritization are critical to success.
• Passion for people development and talent management is critical.
• Experienced professional with strong communication skills who can interact with senior management is required.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office is required.
