Customer Service Executive

The ideal applicant will be friendly, have a strong focus on providing excellent customer service, and take great pleasure in doing so. He or she must be both a team player and an individual worker. Candidates with backgrounds in order processing, after service support, and customer service are preferred.

Job Description:

• Provide customer service to walk-in customers
• Attend to telephone, email, and live chat inquiries in an effective and efficient manner
• Ability to understand customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention
• Access to various service portals to retrieve the required information
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher levels
• Identify direct or cross-sell opportunities during customer interaction
• Consistently deliver excellent quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction
• Solicit customers' feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions
• Provides regular reports to Reporting Manager
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Reporting Manager

Job Requirements:

• Able to converse in English fluently
• At least 2 years of customer service-related experience
• Experience in customer service or retail service in the Telecommunication related industry. (Preferably, not a must)
• A calm temperament and excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work independently and be an excellent team player
• Be willing to work on shift (5 days work week, 2 days of rest)
• Require to work on weekends/public holidays as per schedule
• Work hours will be day shifts, latest shift ending at 10pm and there will be no overnight shifts

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be part of AST's Customer Services Division. This customer-facing role encompasses a wide variety of day-to-day tasks aimed at providing an exceptional customer experience to the pilots performing their flight simulator training. Ensure that all customer concerns and requests are attended with high level of professionalism and on timely manner. He/ She need to keep a high level of harmonious relationship with the customer.

Responsibilities

1. Attend to walk-in customers and perform frontline services to any customers / visitors entering the premises. These include:

• Greet visitors and determine the nature of their visit, alert appropriate party of visitor's arrival, direct visitors to proper waiting area.
• Respond to general enquiries and feedback.
• Establish and maintain customer rapport.
• Make outbound calls to customers and/or responding to customer emails.

2. Provide support on training related enquiries includes:

• Work with all stakeholders to ensure proper alignment of the Simulator Flight Scheduling and Maintenance Planning activities.
• Perform Simulator Flight Scheduling and Maintenance Planning activities as an alternate to PIC
• Effectively facilitate pilots’ requests by liaising promptly with other departments.
• Perform data input and analysis.
• Plan and track monthly programs for completion.

3. Assist with tenant-related enquiries including but not limited to booking of meeting/ conference rooms/ guest rooms.

4. Assist with the planning, co-ordination and execution of internal and company events.

5. Setting & tidying up of the guest rooms for accommodation.

6. Monitor Pantry and Stationery supplies and coordinate purchases when needed. Replenish F&B supplies in Pilot Lounge, Boardroom and guest rooms.

7. Other potential engagements in other work areas within the Company.

Requirements

• Possesses at least a Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience in customer and/or administrative service.
• Prior working experience in aviation industry/ hospitality / customer service experience is highly advantageous.
• High-quality written and verbal communication skills.
• Competent in administrative procedures.
• Team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to communicate in Mandarin to be able to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates on handling daily operations and headquarter in China.
• Proficient computer skills.

Key Responsibilities include:

· Knowledge and hands on experience in implementing virtualization network

· Working experience for industrial Cyber Security would be a plus

· Configure, maintain and troubleshoot Honeywell Experion hardware and Software

· Implement and Admin EPKS & TPS Domains, controllers (HPM, C200/C300), switches etc.

· Support Honeywell FTE, and Microsoft Technologies

· Support client server architecture

· Perform preventative and corrective maintenance of system hardware/software/networks

· Assist clients with third party vendor communication to our systems

· Administer preventive maintenance on controls systems

· Provide technical support to customers and serve as customer contact for service related issues

· Be able to respond to emergency calls as part of a 24/7 roster service and resolve them within the guidelines that meet or exceed our contract customer expectations and requirements

· Program code logic including system configuration / implementation and troubleshoot existing code. Support Factory Acceptance Testing, Site Acceptance Testing and startup activities including equipment checkout.

· Perform audits and baselines of installed systems to help with migrations and trouble shooting

· Team Player, comfortable with being the lead support person on site.

· The ability to accurately document work performed.

· Knowledge of other systems such as TDC / TPS, PHD, DOC4000, FSC, DVM or others a bonus

· Support / lead projects from preliminary engineering, detail design, startup. Have capability to lead others to accomplish all project goals and objectives.

· Knowledge and experience with process instrumentation would be beneficial

· Must be able to take ownership and responsibility for work and actions

Basic Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in with Chemical Engineering / Automation Control

· Minimum of 5 years’ field experience

· Preferable with working experience in Experion (TPS, PHD, FSC an advantage)

· Be comfortable leading system migrations between releases.

· Work independently on life system

· Certificate on Virtualization would be a plus

· Demonstrated effective oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

-5/6 Days work 12hrs shift (able to work weekend &PH)

-To be deployed as Floater (Islandwide Location based on daily deployment)
