• Work closely and liaise with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to implement cost-effective, simpler, and faster ways of carrying out facility upkeep, development and maintenance
• Manage and attend to all feedback and service requests in a timely manner
• Lead the technicians and manage vendor services to achieve the required professional standards in day-to-day operation
• Raise PO and certify job completion/delivery undertaken by contractors/vendors
• Manage and update online systems
• Initiate B&F activities for workers’ dormitories to ensure compliance with regulations and Company facilities' policies

Requirements:

• Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years in a finance or accounting role and be well versed in handling multiple accounts including construction work in progress accounts.

Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation and planning of budgets.

• Managing, training, motivating, and evaluating accounts payable staff members.
• In charge of data validation, and processing of various types of invoices to vendors and employee reimbursements.
• Overseeing routine department activities to ensure that they are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintaining accurate and complete financial and client records.
• Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial information to management and clients.
• Setting and facilitating the achievement of department objectives.
• Building and maintaining relationships with staff, clients and vendors.
• Ensures that systems, policies, controls and procedures adhere to company policies while functioning with accuracy and timeliness.
• Standardize procedures to generate efficiency in-house and create internal templates to be used by the company.

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, management, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, use of SAP is preferable
• Strong planning and problem-solving skills.
