The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• At least 5 year experience into account management, advertising sales, media sales, business development, strategy consulting, and/or online media environment, with experience in client relationship management.
• Experience working in APAC, in either a regional role or in-market.

Responsibilities

• To provide Level 3 production support for the complex and latency critical systems.
• Involved in new enhancement depending on client requirement.
• Troubleshooting issues in production as L3 and provide fix/solution on time.
• To support with the Trading and Business teams on a day to day for the smooth operational transactions.
• To provide support on:

- Availability Management

- Change Management

- Release and Deployment

- Infrastructure/Application migration

Skills Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Engineering or equivalent.
• 9-12 years of experience.
• Good understanding of banking domain [Securities, Trade and cash] with IBM Transformation extender and project management skills.
• Good communication skills as the resources will have to interact with the business/Application teams, attention to detail and follow through on tasks assigned.
• Previous experience in code Repositories like SVN & Bitbucket.

Technical Skills

• IBM Transformation Extender v9.0 and above
• Oracle databases with good understanding of SQL/PL SQL, Procedure and Functions
• IBM MQ
• Unix and Shell Scripting
• ITX in Cloud computing

Good to Have

• XML data types
• Batch/Job management (Cron/Control-M)
• ISO 20022 knowledge
• SWIFT knowledge
