Manage external vendor testing teams and handle statement of work.
Closely work with the Project team including Development teams, Business Analysts, and testing vendors to define and agree on the testing strategy, Scope, and coverage
Coordinating with various internal teams to ensure testing schedules and deadlines are met.
Support testing team throughout test cases life cycle- design, scripting, and execution of test cases
Reviewing deliverables such as Test cases, Test plans, Requirement Traceability Matrix, Closure reports, daily and weekly status reports
Monitor progress of test execution to ensure meeting testing timeline and signoffs
Need to ensure all testing deliverables are as per the procedures and processes defined
Daily conduct Defect management meetings with development vendors/internal teams.
Provide the testing cost for the initiatives.
Work closely with Scrum and Project Managers to ensure quality and smooth testing and ensure they are aware of risks throughout engagement for testing.

Requirements
13+ years of experience as a functional test manager in Banking and very strong expertise in the Wealth and Payment domain
Good knowledge of both SDLC and Agile processes, testing methodology, and different types of testing
Ability to manage a team size of 10+ testers (manual/automation)
Hands-on experience in working in large and complex programs
Good knowledge of test management tools such as JIRA, Quality Centre
Familiar with automation tools and automation concepts with knowledge of tools
Experience in a wide variety of testing efforts, techniques, and tools
Good vendor management skills and be able to stay firm to ensure project quality are met with excellent communication (spoken and written) skills
Strong domain in Consumer and Corporate applications are required
