  Notify Group Security of any travel to high security risk areas and above.
  Ensure that travellers are advised of any destination risks they are travelling to
  Set up a framework to risk assess staff group travel and incentive travel and ensure that concentration risk is being managed
  Provide group travel information to Group Security in a timely manner
  Manage the Travel Insurance Policy and be the point of contact for any claims process
  Maintain an updated listing of all travellers (both Corporate and FCs) of the locations (including hotel locations)
  Develop and maintain travel emergency protocols
  Work with teams managing Group Travel for Agency or Corporate to ensure compliance to policy and that trips are properly risk assessed
  Manage and monitor all emergency incidents and report to Group Security and Resilience Team

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications (RQs/MQs):
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.
• 4+ years experience working as a lead project manager and/or complex program manager

Additional or Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 8+ years experience in information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or Microsoft Business Applications technologies

We are hiring a Manager (Corporate Action & Reconciliation) to join a global asset management firm in Asia offering innovative investment solutions to their clients across multiple asset classes including Equities, Fixed Income, FX and Money Markets.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily cash and stock reconciliation and publishing within deadline in Aladdin
• Maintain ownership of daily cash and stock breaks and proactively follow up with respective teams for breaks resolution.
• Review monthly valuation reports and perform reconciliation.
• Responsible for processing of mandatory and voluntary corporate action events across all markets.
• Oversight of outsourced middle office service provider, proxy voting provider, security lending agent and tax reclaim partner.
• Proactively investigate discrepancies, follow up and respond to queries from all internal and external stakeholders.
• Periodically update standard operating procedure (SOP) and documentation
• Perform on-going review of existing processes to ensure control and oversight on middle office service provider remains robust and efficient.
• Act as the main liaison point to manage change requests and ad hoc queries raised by stakeholders.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience working in Operations in the Asset Management industry.
• Degree in Business/Finance or related disciplines.
• An excellent understanding of a wide range of tradable instruments.
• Prior experience using Aladdin or reconciliation platforms.
• Good understanding of Front Office, Trade Lifecycle and Operations processes.
• Excellent customer focus and high level of accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of the small team.
