The product manager drives the development of key bancassurance-focused products.

Job Description:

The product manager is responsible for product design, implementation, product launch and post-launch product review and maintenance.

• The product design stage will include competitive analysis against similar bancassurance products in the market, as well as working with other LBUs in the region for product ideas. In instances where there is limited product information available, product manager will need to engage reinsurance for experience sharing.
• Engage stakeholders through product proposition presentations and soliciting product feedback from Partnership distribution to work with pricing team and reinsurers to develop products that meet customer’s needs while achieving business objectives.

LIFE AS A THALES ENGINEERING MANAGEMENT ROLE

As an Engineering Management Role within Thales, you will:

• Report engineering performance plan, progress and results to the Engineering Manager of higher Level
• Capitalise and share knowledge to develop skills, mobilities and to improve the competitiveness
• Provide your maturity improvement strategy based on the Operating Model (Process, Practices, Tools, Organisation and Governance, Competencies)
• Build the engineering assessment plan and follow the execution of corrective plans identified through assessments
• Assign responsibilities in the organisation of engineering support for Engineering Environment process and practice support
• Manage Head of Discipline, Head of Engineering Deliveries and Head of Engineering Operations

Requirements:

• Diploma in Chemistry/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 4 years of sales experience in Semiconductor Front End Wafer Process.
• Hands-on experience in Semiconductor Assembly and Test environment.
• Strong knowledge in working with suppliers and customers.
