Key Responsibilities:

The role of a Specialty nurse may vary depending on their area of expertise, but some common responsibilities may include:

• Assessing patient conditions: Specialty nurses are responsible for assessing the health and medical needs of their patients. This includes monitoring vital signs, performing physical assessments, and reviewing medical histories.
• Developing care plans: Based on the assessment, specialty nurses develop individualized care plans for their patients. This involves setting goals, establishing interventions, and evaluating outcomes.
• Administering medications and treatments: Specialty nurses administer medications and treatments, such as intravenous therapy or wound care, as prescribed by physicians or nurse practitioners.
• Collaborating with healthcare teams: Specialty nurses work with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, therapists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care to their patients.

Qualifications:

• Valid and current SNB license.
• Minimum of 1 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.

Shifts:

• This position requires working in 3 rotating shifts, including days, evenings, and nights. Flexibility in scheduling is essential.

In your new role you will:

• Creation, modification and prioritization of sales and marketing plans, taking into account existing orders for the next 6 months and in consultation with the Business Demand Planner
• Implementation of allocation decisions in the case of production bottlenecks on the various production lines. This includes coordinating with Customer Logistics (CLM), the Capacity Alignment Planner and Product Marketing.
• Involvement in solving the logistics aspects within task forces for product and production problems
• Participation in projects related to supply chain processes & tools, and change management.
• Monitoring of delivery commitments of the global production locations (front and backend) for the respectively assigned product range. This is performed independently and autonomously taking into account aspects such as available capacities, customer demand and inventory targets.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• 1- 3 years professional working experience in supply chain management.
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Electrical /Electronic Engineering, Computing and relevant fields.
• Business focused with strong planning, coordination, analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, very well organized and able to think outside of the box.
• Knowledge in Tableau would be an added advantage.

• Assist the Medical Director in the consultation room and procedures both in & outside the Centre.
• Assist in laser refractive procedures and other minor procedures.
• Maintain stocks & inventory of surgical consumables and upkeep of operating theatre and instrument sterility.

Requirements:

• Fully registered with Singapore Nursing Board
• At least 2 years of nursing experience in Ophthalmic/Surgical setting
