RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Setup and Operate machine of CNC Wire-Cut/EDM machines as assigned

• Handle machine daily maintenance• Trouble shooting machine breakdown and program error

• Maintain daily cleanliness

• Monitor process & machines discrepancy

• Carry out in process measurement and ensure product's quality

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 years of working experience in related field is required for this position• Self-motivated and good attitude

• Comfortable to work at West area, Pioneer• 5 days work week. Flexible arrangement. OT can be provided.

• Provide support to the Tender Lead on complex tenders from receipt of the ITT to handover to project execution.
• Demonstrate due diligence, attention to detail and collaboration in coordinating the generation of the submission documentation issued to the customer.
• Focal point for the team in the management of internal information and of processes such as ITT review, tender bulletins, clarification management, tender submission contents
• Prepare the development, structure, format and content of the tender in compliance with processes and procedures and in accordance with the customer’s instructions.
• Undertakes responsibility and ownership of leading simple Level 2 tenders, Requests for Information, Budget Proposal and Pre-Qualification Questionnaires.
• When necessary, facilitate and lead a tender kick off meeting.
• Ensure tender deliverables are completed by the relevant personnel in accordance with instructions and within the deadlines of the tender activity plan.
• Liaise and interface with the supporting functions within the business to obtain technical, cost and schedule information for products and services included within the tender.
• Coordinate the development and compilation of the final tender document
• Takes responsibility for ensuring the clients requirements/questions are addressed and that the completed tender is issued as prescribed and to a deadline.
• Take the lead role in obtaining the necessary management approvals at the various stages of the tender cycle.
• Manage the negotiation phase with the customer and support the Sales Lead at clarification meetings with the customer.
• Develop a handover file and presentation to facilitate an efficient handover to project execution following contract award
• Provides support to Tender Lead on complex tenders (Level 2+).
• Support the Tender Lead with ensuring tender deliverables are completed by the relevant personnel in accordance with instructions and within the deadlines of the tender activity plan.
• As directed by the Tender Lead, liaise and interface with the supporting functions within the business to obtain technical, cost and schedule information for products and services included within the tender.

• Provide admin support on shop packet printing and support TPI coordination for all pre-shipment related arrangement.
