Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the IT industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Presales Consultant to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-sales technical assistance for specific products to both customers and partners.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to develop and position solutions for market readiness and customer proposals.
• Analyze customer IT and business needs.
• Conduct/Provide cybersecurity strategic solution selling, product demonstrations, showcase cybersecurity solutions, and Proof of Concept (PoC).
• Work with solution vendors to develop business proposals, and respond to RFI/RFP requirements.
• Conduct in-house lab tests to validate proof-of-concept setups, network designs, and deployments for new products and features.
• Stay current on competitive solutions, products, and services in the market.
• Offer regular updates on new product developments to internal sales teams.
• All other adhoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma in IT / Cybersecurity or other related field of studies.
• Minimum 1 years’ relevant experience.
• Knowledge on Security Service Edge product is a bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders to translate business requirements into application infrastructure designs and services.
• Ensure designs meet availability, capacity, resiliency, security, and continuity requirements.
• Forecast the budget needed to support project initiatives and maintenance contracts.
• Collaborate with service providers to design, develop, deploy, and configure IT application infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with government policies, standards, and procedures (e.g., IM8, Agency IT Policies).
• Manage the day-to-day delivery and support of application infrastructure services.
• Work with government agencies and central services teams to facilitate and deliver government-wide application services.

Experience and Skills Needed:

• Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Hands-on experience in at least 1 full project development life cycle.
• Ability to take both a strategic and detailed approach to problem-solving and requirements.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Strong teamwork and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• ITIL v3 Foundation certification (preferred).
