· Preferred 8+ years of experience, with mandatory prior experience in the banking or insurance domain.
· Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE development.
· Familiarity with frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.
· Experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
· Knowledge of web servers, application servers (e.g., Tomcat, WebLogic), and middleware technologies.
· Solid understanding of ITIL processes, including incident, problem, and change management.
· Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, AppDynamics, Dynatrace) and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders and team members.
