Responsibilities:

• Conduct and manage full set of accounting, budget control, analysis of cash flow, revenue & expenditures.
• Oversee the daily activities of the accounting department and ensuring that all major projects, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time.
• Cashflow management and projection; to ensure positive cash flow movement.
• Responsible for budgeting and forecast activities, as well as monthly management and financial reporting duties.
• Analyzing financial data and creating reports for management and stakeholders.
• Provide reliable, accurate and timely financial information to the Management.
• Handle tax responsibilities and audit matters.
• Maintaining accurate and complete financial records and participating in audits or reconciliations, as needed.
• Statutory reporting - liaise with auditors and government bodies.
• Ensures full compliance with accepted accounting principles, accounting policies and procedures, balance sheet reviews and internal controls processes.
• Hiring, training, and motivating accounting staff members while supervising and delegating department tasks.

Requirement:

• Minimum 6 years of financial management experience
• Experience in using SAP systems is preferred.
• Understand the relevant financial laws and regulations of Vietnam (a plus point)
• Familiar with using spreadsheets and PowerPoint.
