Job Summary:

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Project Managers to manage complex infrastructure, hardware, networking, cloud, and security projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple IT Systems Integration projects across various industries, ensuring successful delivery within budgeted resources and time.

Project Management Experience

• Extensive experience in implementing large complex infrastructure, hardware, networking, cloud, security projects as Project Manager in SI/Vendor/Product Principal environments (main experience). Project Management experience in projects such as SaaS business applications, Infrastructure as Code (IAC), ETL, analytics and custom development as secondary project management experience.
• Ability to project manage multiple IT Systems across multi-industry clients.
• Sound decision making, continuous improvement mindset and calm leadership of project team under the pressures of resource, budget and time constraints.
• Work closely with technical leads, engineers, partners to manage project delivery.

Project Management Best Practice

• Confidence and strength in articulating and leading members to follow project management methodologies Waterfall / SCRUM / Agile.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all global / local projects under his / her care are covered in a holistic approach closing all gaps identified from the beginning until the end of the project with the goal of sustainable operation post project handover. This includes feasibility assessment of product design development to ensure a successful and efficient commercial manufacturing process.
• Oversee, recommend and follow-up on daily global / local project management and execution activities including immediate escalation of major issues, SOP development , and training of local factory personnel.
• Responsible for assuring that all manufactured products from new / on-going projects under his / her care are made in accordance with prescribed Process Descriptions and in accordance with the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Ensure for new / on-going projects under his / her care that the facility / machinery are in compliance with all regulatory requirements. Drive adherence to safety policies and procedures across the organisation.

Job Description

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the program, connecting various business units and identifying potential business opportunities within each.

Responsibilities

• Key member of IT Operations team that manages IT infrastructure and services, including end-user computing
• Manage and govern IT Infrastructure services provided by outsourcing partners and managed service providers as assigned including contracts and billing matters
• Manage or to be involved in Infra related projects and solutioning such as tech refresh, upgrades, migrations and building new IT Infrastructure capabilities
• Part of the IT Operations team to perform daily BAU tasks such as managing incidents, fulfilment of Service Requests, Change Requests and Application Support.
