Job Description:

• Responsible for overall fund administration and valuation of the managed funds together with the various service providers;
• Responsible for the year-end financial statements and annual audit together with the external auditor;
• Responsible for overall fund operations, including investor on-boarding, capital calls, distributions and financial reporting;
• Responsible for regulatory compliance on financial matters including tax filing, financial reporting and other relevant matters.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
• Minimum 7-9 years of experience in accounting and fund accounting / administration;
• CPA or equivalent certification is highly desirable;
• Accountability, detail-oriented, communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities;

• Assist Director of Finance in planning, organizing and executing financial tasks and projects of the Club
• Lead and mentor the Finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Review, evaluate financial statements, reports, and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecast.
• Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organization.
• Manage year end audit process, impairment assessment and attend to audit queries
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements;

• Degree in finance and accounting or related fields
• ACCA or CPA Singapore equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Finance Manager
• Meticulous and analytical with data
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Immediate starters will be an advantage.
