Responsibilities

• Work with Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) committee to analyse and develop manpower planning solution to support new development/expansion Infrastructure plans at project site

• Work on manpower needs projections between 2024 and 2037 to support expansion plans, weaving into consideration and analysis of Nesting (manpower surge ~two years before a campus opens) and where to deploy nesting headcounts, including planning to cater for workspaces

• Collaborate with various stakeholders from all Institutions/Business Units, including engaging with client to establish baseline staffing norms for all Job Groups in company's Healthcare cluster

Requirements
