Job Description

• To deal with complaints, queries and suggestions made relating to common property, and where necessary, to bring such complaints, queries and suggestions made to the attention of the Town Council so that remedial steps can be taken and to keep proper records of all such complaints, queries and suggestion made;
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum recognised diploma in Sociology / Counselling / Psychology / Social Work / Event Management / Mass Communication / Journalism / recognised qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of experience in public/community relations
• Dedicated and possess a passion to serve the community, and to help residents in need
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Proficient in English and one other national language
• Able to work beyond office hours when required
• Office located in the North-East region of Singapore

Responsibilities

· End-to-end ownership (design, define and deliver) of the Core Banking platform release management.

· Run the monthly demand management forums with Project Directors, Delivery Leads, ScrumMasters and Delivery Guild

· Identify technical skills required for kick-off of projects, coordinate with DEV SET BAU Guild Leads for resourcing

· Liaise with EMT Project Support Team, BAU Team and SRE Team on all audit compliance issues e.g., Service Packs

· Support PMO Lead Function and Lead Support with setting up Kanban Boards, Confluence processes for Reporting

· Work with C2E IDR, ADR, RPCCB, CR process teams and approval stakeholders to support project delivery

· Interface with the Country and Product BAU Tribes and Squads to support transition from PRJ to BAU

· Perform the Scrum Master role (where required) and lead the EMT PRJ Support team in their sprint deliveries.

· Single point of contact between Core Banking platform delivery teams, CBG CES (external stakeholders) for Release

· Manage all activities end-to-end to deliver the project (from scoping to implementation) to agreed rameters.

· Setup Confluence pages to track readiness including runbook, validation checks and coordinate production readiness.

· Ensure the deliveries are adhered to standards and processes related to infra setup, application deployment.

· Collaborate with project team members from various domains to monitor, develop, execute project plans associated project content.

· Ability to manage multiple work-streams concurrently and effectively resolve issues or conflicts.

· Good communication skills, negotiation skills, and stakeholder management.

· Adhere to organizational guidelines and process during deliver.

· Actively monitor and report progress to all stakeholders in a timely manner by using a variety of formal communication channels.

· Deal with all project-related escalations and seek input and assistance from appropriate channels to resolve in a timely manner.

Technical Requirements

· Minimum 12 - 17 years of experience and out of which, minimum 5+ years of release management using JIRA in CORE Banking.

· Managed Finacle 10.x/11.x and multi-countries and OPEN systems production environment.

· Finacle Application environment servers run in combination of IBM AIX, VPC, OpenShift. We need the candidate to have good knowledge in various cloud technology to support the infrastructure for Optimization.

· Hands-on Experience in Finacle Application (Core Banking) Server Capacity Monitoring and Optimization.

· Good level of command over production Infra; performance monitoring and reporting tools.

· Good working experience in Elasticsearch, Logstash, Grafana/Kibana, AppDynamics etc.

· Ideal hands-on experience in Unix/Linux/Shell/Python scripting.

· Good Hands-on experience in PAAS (Platform as a Service) and not limited to AWS, Pivotal, OpenShift.

· Sound knowledge on CI/CD tools, flow mechanism other supporting tools with project implementation experience.

· Knowledge on API Message, Queue handling and Caching Techniques most likely on Kafka and Redis.

· Working Experience on any microservice platform mostly in Banking.

· Ideally Site Reliability Engineering principles regarding performance, reliability, monitoring, alerting in Production environment.

· Perform at the highest level of competencies like: Achieving Excellence People Management Solution Driven Relationship Innovative Purpose-Driven.

· Ability to work with stakeholders to stretch role in depth/width.

· Should be well-versed with latest Finacle and technology trends.

· Good experience in running automation and service improvements experience.

· Good experience on working with multiple teams of infra and Functional team.

This is a one-year contract role.

Position Overview:

Reporting to the Director, Group Risk, the incumbent will assist in implementing a Risk Aggregation and Reporting / Limits Monitoring / Loan Valuation System across the Clifford Capital Group. This would include overall project management, performing User Acceptance Testing and troubleshooting issues surrounding the implementation of the System.

The incumbent will serve as a Business Analyst, understanding the business requirements of the various risk functions and working closely with Technology and external vendors to ensure that these requirements are implemented satisfactorily within the stipulated deadline.

Knowledge / Requirements

• Have experience as a business analyst in system implementation projects;
• Able to analyse issues and work with Business users, Technology and vendors to ensure issues are resolved expeditiously;
• Plan and run UAT;
• Train users and conduct training on new system functionalities, where necessary;
• Create supporting user manuals and documentation, as and when required;
• General understanding and appreciation of credit risk knowledge would be an advantage;
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal);
• A good team player who works well with people;
• Meticulous, problem solver and able to demonstrate initiative.
