Job Scope

• Lead and manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's network infrastructure, server environments, and cybersecurity measures.
• Actively participate in hands-on technical tasks such as servers administration, compliance audits including Vulnerability Assessment exercises and cybersecurity assessments.
• Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures for efficient and secure server operations, disaster-recovery, technical refreshment processes including seamless migration works and risk assessments with roll-back plans.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to a team of IT professionals responsible for servers (excluding network and network security), and cybersecurity functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network and server changes, upgrades, and enhancements, as well as manage IT projects related to network, server, and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Oversee the configuration, installation, and maintenance of servers, virtualizaed platforms, operating systems, applications, and security tools.
• Stay updated with emerging networking, server, and cybersecurity technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and make recommendations for IT improvements.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements for Data Center resources, server equipment hardware renewal and cybersecurity-related products and services.
• Provide leadership in incident response and resolution for servers, and cybersecurity incidents whilst provide technical RCA reports to both sales and technical team for dissemination.
• Develop and maintain documentation of servers and cybersecurity configurations, schematic diagrams, procedures, and project plans for reference and troubleshooting purposes.

Requirements:

• Good experience in disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity planning (BCP), including Business Continuity Management (BCM).
• Good experience as a Team Lead/ Manager with relevant human resource skillsets in managing all team players within the designated operation department.

• Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as Chartering Manager from a dry bulk operator, focus in Pacific region in Supramax and/or Handy vessels.
• Strong understanding of the dry bulk shipping market, including vessel types, cargo types, and trade routes.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and secure long-term charter contracts with a track record of successful outcomes.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make informed decisions.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure enhancement of Cyber Security Operations for cyber threats monitoring, detection, analysis and response through the use of threat intelligent and automation

• Project management and Vendors Management

• Drive continuous improvement of Incident Response Framework, Incident Response Plan, Event Management, Standard Operation Procedure, Playbook and etc. for cybersecurity operations and incident response

• Perform advanced trend, pattern and statistical analysis to project future technical cyber threat scenarios

• Synthesize multiple information sources and analysis reports into a holistic view of potential threats

• Conduct in-depth research into cyber security issues of industry- or nation-wide significance

• Produce findings to help initialize or support law enforcement and counterintelligence investigations or activities

• Develop a playbook for cyber incident management

• Perform the remediation and resolution of cyber incidents at the organizational level

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• 6-8 or more years of experience in running security operations including project management and implementation skill set.

• Technical know-how and experience in IT security solutions such as (but not limited to) and at least operated in more than one of the followings:-

• Network Security : F/W, IPS, VPN, UTM, NAC

• Knowledge in Checkpoint, Juniper, Cisco, Aruba and Fortigate, CyberArk, Tripwire, will be an added advantage

• Content Security : WEB Security, Anti-Spam/Anti-Virus

• End point Security : Anti-Virus/Malware, Host base IPS, DLP, BitLocker

• Security Information Management: SIEM, Security management, Forensics
