We are seeking a highly capable management accountant to optimise our financial management policies. You will be performing financial analysis, preparing financial forecasts, and advising senior management on strategic planning.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in accounting, finance, or similar.

• Certified management accountant (CMA) preferred.
• A minimum of three years' experience as a management accountant in a related business and/or conversant in managing budgetary and forecasting exercise in a Group / Conglomerate / Organization with multiple Business Units (BUs).
• Comfortable and proficient with Segmental & BUs analysis, as well as complicated subsidies and rates variance analysis.
• Able to lead in a small team setting with tight deadlines.
• Proficient in business management and accounting software. Basic dashboard design and formulation skills / experiences are preferred though not mandatory.
• Extensive knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations, preferably familiar with Charities Accounting Standard and Code of Corporate Governance though not mandatory.
• Strong mathematical and analytical aptitude.
• Exceptional attention to detail, meticulous in preparing financial / management report and excellent report / commentary writing skill is a must.
