Job Requirements

· Mechatronics certification in ITE or Diploma with 2 years’ experience will be advantageous

· Familiar with mechanical drawings and measurement tools, troubleshooting and Input / Output checks

· Technical knowledge in the fields of motor tuning and mechanical alignment will be recommended

· Requires the know how of machine automation with the use of sensor, electrical, pneumatic and servo systems

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, manage, and maintain virtualized infrastructure.
• Create documentation, perform root cause analysis, quickly identify trends and recommend possible solutions.
• Troubleshoot network, hardware, and software related issues.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in computer science, information technology, computer programming or relevant studies with 2+ years experiences in virtualization technology is preferred.
• VMWare Certified Professional (VCP) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of server systems, storage systems, virtualization technologies and networking.
• Knowledge of data centre route/switch technology, backup/recovery in a virtual environment.
• Understanding of active directory architecture, DNS administration.
• For Virtualization ie VMware, Microsoft Hyper-V.
• For Storage ie HDS (Hitachi Data System), HPE, Dell, EMC, Lenovo, IBM.
• For Backup Software ie Veeam, Veritas BackupExec, Veritas NetBackup, Acronis, Arcserve, Shadow Protect.
• Preferably with some working experience and knowledge in Linux.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong coordination and project skills.
• Strong customer experience mindset, listening, understanding and responding to customer needs.
• Assess and evaluate current virtual computing infrastructure, and provide recommendations for enhancements.
