WHAT YOU WILL DO

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

To be successful in this role, you will have:

This role involves traveling to customer vessels for troubleshooting, ordering spare parts, delivering engineering services, and liaising with the home office for advanced technical solutions. The engineer will work closely with clients to ensure system performance, resolve operational issues, and provide technical expertise, ensuring customer satisfaction and system reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Troubleshooting & Field Service:
   • Travel on board vessels worldwide to troubleshoot issues with gas supply and cargo handling systems.
   • Diagnose and resolve system malfunctions, performing necessary repairs or adjustments.
   • Provide on-site technical support, testing, and commissioning services for customers.
2. Spare Parts Management:
   • Identify necessary spare parts and order them in a timely manner to minimize system downtime.
   • Work with the procurement team and suppliers to ensure the availability and timely delivery of spare parts.
   • Maintain accurate records of spare parts used and report to the service team for inventory management.
3. Customer Support & Liaison:
