About the Role

The Group Account Director (GAD) / Business Director (BD) role is a crucial day to day client management role within the team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience working with multi-channel, global brands, closely with all departments to develop forward thinking, meaningful cross channel content. As the GAD / BD, you will also be a trusted partner to all stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

The Executive Director will provide the overall leadership in executing the strategic plan for Chinatown Heritage Centre (CHC), and advance various initiatives to drive the success of the Centre as a vibrant heritage hub in the ethnic enclave of Chinatown.

1. Leadership

• Lead, supervise and evaluate performance of museum staff and fulfil staffing requirements of CHC
• Attend board meetings as Executive Director and Overall Administrator of CHC.
• Prepare monthly / annual reports and execute all other reporting requirements as prescribed by the board.

Skills and experience

• Demonstrates a passion and enthusiasm for CHC’s mission and strategic plan, and a willingness to grow the standing of the centre along with the larger Chinatown precinct.
• At least 5 years experience in museums / attractions / space activation / events organisation with strong track record of demonstratable success
• Excellent leadership and effective staff development and organizational skills, in areas such as hiring, coaching, problem solving, empowering staff to provide a positive customer experience.

About the Job:

The Valuation Assistant / Deputy Director is the second in charge of the Valuation Division which provides leadership in various valuation functions in support of the Company’s role to transform industries and support Singapore’s industrial development.

Scope:

The Product Development Director will report directly to the Director, Product Management and work closely with the rest of the Technology team, making your mark in a number of ways:

We are seeking a skilled, proactive, and detail-oriented Paralegal and Executive Assistant to support the Director. This unique role combines paralegal responsibilities with executive support, ideal for a candidate who thrives in a dynamic environment and is capable of handling a wide range of legal and administrative tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the Director’s legal and administrative needs to help drive company goals.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Legal Support:

• Conduct legal research, prepare case summaries, and draft and review legal documents including contracts, agreements, and compliance paperwork.
• Assist in preparing for meetings, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
• Manage and maintain legal files, case files, and ensure that all documentation is accurate and easily accessible.
• Liaise with external counsel and other stakeholders as necessary.
• Assist in compliance and regulatory matters, ensuring all documentation and records align with the latest legal requirements.

Personal / Executive Assistance:

• Provide direct executive support to the Director, including managing the Director’s calendar, coordinating travel arrangements, and organizing meetings, including personal and family support.
• Handle email correspondence, draft communications, and prioritize and organize emails and tasks for the Director’s review.
• Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and reports for the Director’s internal and external meetings.
• Act as the Director’s primary point of contact, managing inquiries and representing the Director in professional and courteous communications with clients and stakeholders.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism.

Administrative Management:

• Coordinate cross-departmental projects as assigned by the Director, tracking progress and ensuring deliverables are met.
• Organize and maintain a digital filing system to ensure the accessibility and security of key documents and records.
• Assist with budget management, invoicing, and tracking expenses related to corporate and personal functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field with Paralegal certification.
• At least 3 - 5 years of combined experience as a paralegal and executive assistant, supporting senior executives.
• Strong understanding of legal terminology and processes.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of confidentiality and discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, legal research tools, and case management software.

The Private Wealth Management Group develops and manages relationships with wealthy individuals and families, advising them on ways in which to build and protect their financial assets through equity, fixed income and alternative investments.

The Markets Solutions Group develops and structures cross-asset class derivatives to private wealth clients, helping them take advantage of market opportunities and manage a broad spectrum of risks. Within which, there are Equity Solutions Group & FICC Solutions Group that focuses in different asset classes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide advisory and transactional solutions for private wealth clients utilizing our robust execution platform featuring a multitude of global trading counterparties and issuers
• Assisting in monitoring of macro sector trends and their impact on asset markets, identify trading opportunities in the individual asset classes and/ or the hybrid spaces between them.
• Work in conjunction with trading teams, capital markets, research, and strategists to meet client needs and develop investment recommendations
• Work closely with our London and NY teams to ensure ideas reach the AWM franchise globally
• Partner with Private Wealth Advisors to provide clients with world-class coverage and service.
• Work with Control Functions (operations, controllers, compliance etc) to ensure smooth settlements, risk monitoring and revenue recognition
• Educate Private Wealth Advisors and clients on products and opportunities across all asset classes
• Assisting in the creation of marketing materials and market update materials

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in markets. Multiple sectors and regions preferred.
• Experience in bond portfolio construction and management --- recommend switches, hedges etc.
• Interest Rate Derivatives experience
• Equity and macro market experience
• Structuring and pricing, OTC & securitized products would be an advantage
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, transaction-oriented environment

JOB SUMMARY

• As a Content Marketing Director, this role is responsible for executing and developing content marketing campaigns within Corporate & Investment Bank. Strategy

• Awareness and understanding of the Group and geographical business strategy, with the ability to translate these into actionable Brand & Marketing client content strategies to support client engagement.
