What you will do

The Media and Science of Brand Growth Team sits within the APAC Growth Office and is intended to drive the application of the Science of Brand Growth (SoBG) in Pacific in addition to step-changing Kenvue’s marketing strategy and regional approach for media, content, and data, to enable measurable outcomes tied to marketing effectiveness beyond ROI and unlock marketing impact for the Kenvue regional P&L.

This role represents Pacific in the global Science of Brand Growth team and will play a key role to lead the media strategy and capabilities design and implementation, with in-depth market understanding to connect the dots and drive synergy across initiatives. The person will prioritize the media strategy & infrastructure, execute the program roll out, identify relevant pilots that can then be executed at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client relationship management

• Day to day account management leadership of assigned accounts.

2. Strategic media development

• Involvement in development of insights & creative communications solutions.
• Contribution to and help leadership on planning workshops & ideas generation session.

3. Management of the implementational process

• Lead the implementational planning process.
• Day to day management of all delivery partners to ensure brief is delivered / bought to plan, within appropriate criteria (budget, target).
• Motivate Account Managers/Planner to create innovative and accurate plans based on agreed strategic direction.
• Upkeep, and timely delivery of all relevant] reporting systems and templates (include media plans, contact reports, status reports).
• Management of post campaign reporting that quantifies the value of the media strategy.
• Supervision of the collation of competitive data in agreed formats required.
• Work closely with Head of Buying to reap optimal media ROI for your clients.

In this role, you will work with the regional manufacturing leadership team to develop a strategic roadmap for manufacturing within the region. You will also be responsible for guiding and influencing partners to adopt lean thinking and for building or enhancing foundational capabilities in quality management systems, industrial engineering, and value engineering to ensure the on-time delivery of the right product. You will lead a team of Advanced Manufacturing Engineers and Manufacturing System Engineers to develop and implement foundational capabilities (Lean, Quality, Industrial Engineering, Garment Engineering) and Advanced capabilities (Automation & Digitization) across Nike’s APAC supplier base. This role will report to a Senior Director, Innovation & Manufacturing Engineering based in Singapore.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Must have 8-10 years of pertinent experience in Advanced Manufacturing & Engineering, encompassing Shopfloor Automation, Robotics, Tooling Engineering, Design for Manufacturing, Digital Technologies, Garment Engineering, and related areas.
• Proficiency in General Sewing Data and background in factory capacity planning & management.
• Proven track record of driving large-scale transformations, including Digital Transformation and factory automation initiatives.
• Experience leading organization-wide initiatives with multi-stakeholder engagement.
