The Regional Regulatory Affairs Lead will build and maintain both internal and external executive-level relationships including but not limited to key regulatory agencies, trade associations and other external forums.

Responsibilities

Strategy and Execution

• Leadership and high-level oversight and advice to the leader(s) of Regional and Local regulatory filing teams in the preparation of robust regulatory strategies for the JAPAC region.

• Guide the Global and Regional regulatory filing teams, spanning both pipeline and marketed products, to develop successful regulatory strategies for initial registration and life-cycle management in the JAPAC region.

• Provide regulatory Subject Matter Expertise to product teams relating to the Commercialization of Amgen’s assets in JAPAC.

About our client: Our client is a contractor for Structural and Architectural works.

About the role:

• Contribute site and management expertise to the ongoing and tender projects, cost, evaluation and cost control.
• Responsible for overall implementation and completion of projects within scheduled cost, time and quality.
• Liaising with clients, consultants, relevant authorities and sub-contractors to ensure smooth completion of the projects.
• Making strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to project managers to implement those decisions.
• Oversee quality control and safety matters on the site and to ensure Environment, Safety & Health (EHS) practices are carried out at all time and identify high risks safet hazard activities before construction and approval of Method Statement.
• Performs tender adjudication on tender awards put up by Project teams as part of due diligence to ensure prices are competitive and all transactions are done above board with proper justification - to safeguard the company against any possible loss of profits, reputation, etc.
• Conduct analysis and review of tender costing by project tender teams to ensure that all potential risk, specified requirement were adequately addressed.
• Lead a team of professional and technical staff in planning and execution of day-to-day operations.
• Devise cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion.
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

About you:

• Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in RC structure works for HDB projects and understanding of formwork, rebar, concrete & precast installation
• Strong skills to control the site progress
• Able to work independently and cope in a fast-paced environment
• Well-versed in construction sequence, principles, and regulatory requirements
• Independent, diligent, meticulous, and highly motivated with excellent team spirit
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

As the Finance Director, you will partner key business stakeholders to lead business advisory from a finance perspective.
