Inventory Management

• Coordinate closely with logistics (DC) for incoming shipment tracking.

• Ensure inventory levels is within the contractual inventory holding target.

Here’s how you’ll be contributing to the Global Product Tribe

• Analytics Product Ownership

  • Take ownership of the tribe’s data and analytics assets, i.e. data pipelines, dashboards, analytical models and ensure roadmaps are in place to improve quality / address any known weaknesses at the required pace

  • Ensure the tribe’s data and analytics assets are discoverable and leveraged

• Leadership 

  • Support and develop analyst function within the tribe, lead a ~5 member analyst team, create structures to improve analyst cohesion and collaboration

  • Hiring and on-boarding of new analysts

  • Guide analyst work across the tribe; e.g. help analyst structure projects and define data models

  • Contribute to overall analytics strategy, ensuring that tribe data and analytics is discoverable and leveraged

• Partnership 

  • Support and develop the data and reporting for the tribe, including ensuring that user behaviour tracking is robust

  • Our analysts will partner with our product teams in the tribe to help project and measure the impact of our product changes and help us understand what customers want from our product, how can we acquire them, retain them and how we can provide an engaging experience for them

Role: Product Owner

Contract Duration - 12 months renewable

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with tech squads, business stakeholders to define and communicate product vision, goals and roadmap
• Translate the product roadmap into user stories and acceptance criteria for the delivery team
• Groom and prioritise backlog of work for delivery team
• Decide on priority of backlog items to deliver aligned with the needs of customers and business stakeholders
• Manage testing execution and timeline, ensure satisfactory delivery of product backlogs

Requirements

• Bachelor's in computer science, Business or Economics
• Good knowledge of backend systems, database and APIs
• Understanding SDLC very well
• Strong analytical skills and able to assess multiple systems for trouble shotting. Good problem solver and decision maker
• Ability to write well and experienced at writing various business document (business case and requirements, specifications)
• Excellence communication skills and able to work across both business and technology stakeholders

The Compliance Anti Money Laundering Risk Management Analyst is an intermediate level role responsible for recommending/establishing internal procedures to prevent money laundering and assist in all matters concerning financial crimes in coordination with the broader Anti-Money Laundering (AML) team. The overall objective is to utilize established disciplinary knowledge to identify inconsistencies in data, and formulate strategic recommendations on policies, procedures, and practices.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, vet and address potential risks or escalated issues with the assistance of functional partners and key stakeholders
