· Provide Level 3 technical support and troubleshooting for platforms including Ubuntu & KVM, Windows Server 2019, and MS SQL Server.

· Manage and maintain Kubernetes clusters and container environments in both production and staging settings. This includes scaling, monitoring, and securing containerized applications to ensure high availability and performance.

· Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Openstack environments and CEPH Storage solutions to support scalable and resilient cloud infrastructure.

· Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement long-term solutions. Document processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to enhance the knowledge base.

· Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical systems. Ensure timely resolution of incidents and minimal downtime for business operations.

Qualifications

· Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a related field.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical support and troubleshooting, with a focus on enterprise-grade IT environments.

· Strong knowledge of operating systems (Ubuntu, Windows Server) and virtualization technologies (KVM, Docker).

· Experience with database management (MS SQL Server), including performance tuning, backup/restore operations, and disaster recovery planning.

· Proficiency in cloud platforms (Openstack, CEPH Storage) and their integration with on-premises infrastructure.

· Expertise in networking equipment (Huawei Servers, Switches, Firewalls; mellanox switches, Nvidia spectrum switches), including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.

• Working closely with Project Manager / Engineer to performance maintenance, perform fault diagnosis, trouble shooting and maintenance of electrical system/component
• Performance general repair / preventive maintenance duties
• Assist in planning and design electrical switchboards, consoles and control panels according to customer requirements and company standards

Job Requirement

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure the contractor adheres to safety and quality standards in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Review project drawings and specifications, raising any discrepancies or potential issues with the appointed Qualified Person and project consultants/clients.

(A) Job Summary:

The Tunnel Engineer produces work plan and supervises the bored tunnelling work to deliver the product to the requirement of the project. He/she is expected to work well with the teammates to achieve the shared goals. Working in shifts (Day/Night) will be required.

(B) Essential Job Functions:

The Tunnel Engineer is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Provide planning of tunnelling operation from safety, quality, and productivity viewpoint.
• Provide engineering supervision to bored tunnelling operation, including final ring selection and selection of key.
• Ensure the work is done in compliant with the protocol established for the project.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders.
• Report to Tunnel Manager / Deputy Tunnel Manager / Sr Tunnel Engineer.

• Recognized bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of TBM bored tunnelling experience.
• Large diameter (over 10m diameter) bored tunnelling experience.
