• Establish and maintain measurement machine performance and capabilities to ensure accurate quality measurements.

4. Monitor process stability to detect and address any deviations early, ensuring consistent product quality.

5. GR&R and Correlation Studies:

• Conduct Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility (GR&R) studies and correlation studies to validate measurement systems.

6. ISO Documentation and QMS System Maintenance:

• Maintain ISO documentation and support the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with quality standards and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience related to equipment or in QC related field
• Good command of English
• Good knowledge of Statistical related tools and Measurement System Analysis
• Good presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Able to work overtime or during weekend (if necessary)
