Description
- Primary point of contact to support incident, problem, change management, risk, vendor and client relationship, internal and external communications, service delivery, lifecycle management and service evolution.
- Support administrative functions required to deliver infrastructure inclusive of planning, tracking, ordering, reporting, and consumption
- Execute the day to day duties of their function and to define and drive Management Information Systems (MIS) requirements to support and improve the business processes they support
- Act as primary customer interface for day to day issues and queries.

Skills
- BE/BS degree or equivalent with 7+ Years of relevant experiences.
- Network Domain Expert knowledge of the service, functional area or Infrastructure supported and interdependencies
- Understand Network infrastructure components and how they are tracked and managed in various systems.
- Experience in Network production and infrastructure support.
- Knowledge of risk and controls landscape, ensuring company-wide standards are met.
- Executes within a customer-centric environment.
- Ability to use (or learn) scripting languages such as Python, Ansible, etc.
- Understanding of version and revision control practices and procedures.
- Experience working in a Linux environment.
- Experience working in a banking, exchange or technology type environment within a global organization.
- Expertise in Network Technologies: Network topology, Routing & Switching, IP Services (Global/Local Load Balancing, Bluecoat Proxies and Firewalls), Datacenter Technologies (Nexus, ASR, VXLAN, Cisco ACI, Arista Fabric), WAN (ASR,GSR,CSR), Optical (Ciena / Cisco).
- Expert in Multicast, low latency networks, and market data related technologies.
- Strong experience in Protocol Analyzers (Cpacket, BigSwtich, Wireshark, Riverbed).
- Strong experience in capacity/monitoring management tools (Splunk, SevOne, ThousandEyes).
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal.
- Strong work ethic in a mission-critical 24x7 diverse environment with multiple vendor/customer relationships.
- Must be flexible, hands on and able to work in a fast paced, high pressure, client-focused and collaborative environment.
