• To research and develop new security products and services for ASEAN region and provide technical support to Operations Division
• Develop test plans for security alarm systems, CCTV systems, and access control systems, adhering to industry standards and company protocols.
• Conduct Market Research on products of Security System in ASEAN region.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for finding suitable new product.
• Work with Japan HQ R&D and China R&D center for product development.
• Conduct Survey about existing and future infrastructure, electrical power / telecom network etc. to ensure compatibility of security products and services.
• Provide support as Field Technical Specialist and visiting clients to check and maintain CCTV Surveillance System.
• Assist in obtaining required technical certifications for new / existing products for each countries
• Conduct testing system components, including control panels, sensors, cameras, access readers, and communication devices.
• Analyze test results, identify and troubleshoot system malfunctions, and document findings clearly.
• Work with manufacturer or distributor to resolve issues
• Provide technical support to internal customers in ASEAN region.
• Conduct research about standards like SS558, EN, IEC for ASEAN countries.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electronics.
• Ability to conduct presentation for internal customers and management.
• Experience in security system testing preferred
• Exposure to alarm systems, CCTV systems, and access control systems would be a plus

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee end-to-end project management for module construction, network setup, cabinet renovation, decommissioning, and miscellaneous cabling projects. Coordinate closely with the TPM (Technical Project Management) team and local operations teams to ensure timely project delivery.
2. Inspect and report on the progress of civil and infrastructure works at IDC (Internet Data Center) sites according to TPM requirements.
3. Manage project scope within a designated location, covering, but not limited to, preliminary project site surveys, logistics coordination, on-site cabling management, and network integration to ensure overall project timeliness and quality. During the project, you may need to participate in on-site engineering tasks for a certain duration.
4. Oversee project construction management across all data center locations within the region. Standard work hours are 5 days a week, 8 hours per day, with occasional short-term overtime due to project demands or unexpected situations.
5. Complete onboarding training, with a 3-6 month on-the-job training period after joining. Afterward, you will be responsible for managing all projects in the assigned area in cooperation with the Alibaba TPM team.

Qualifications:
1. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
2. Over 3 years of experience in data center construction or on-site operations; prior experience with Alibaba Data Centers is preferred.
3. Project management experience; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
4. IT background with familiarity in network architecture, servers, and fiber optics is preferred.
5. Fluency in both English and Chinese; proficiency in the local language is advantageous.
6. Willingness to commute to multiple sites within the region; a local driver’s license is preferred.

Service Engineer (Chiller / Air-handling Unit)

Job Info:

• Basic $3500 - $4000 + VB
• 5 Days, Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Attend to customer enquiries and complaints, including on-site calls
• Recommend preventive measures and provide prompt and effective resolution to technical problems
• Assuage dissatisfied customers with prompt resolutions for any product or service issues
• Provide guidance and technical assistance to service teams and sub-contractors on service assignments, testing and commissioning; verify and prepare payment to sub-contractors
• Remain actively involved in the implementation of department strategies and initiatives such as service value-chain businesses
• Update Service information system and follow up with all necessary paper work diligently, timely and accurately for smooth operation of the department

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of technical experience with knowledge in air conditioning, Chiller, ACMV or HVAC systems
