• Check and sign for all deliveries
• Ensure that outlet is stocked with adequate levels of inventory
• Participate in monthly physical stock take of the Outlet, including but not limited to plates, bowls and crockery
• Control wastage
• Handle guests’ special requests and complaints
• Ensure that the Kitchen Assistants and Kitchen Crew are able to handle their duties properly and well groomed, properly attired and efficient.
• Ensure that the highest standard of cleanliness is maintained including the maintenance of furnishings and equipment and the proper set up of the Outlet and connected areas
• Assist your superior in Implementing and developing of training programs

Role Overview:

Durapower is actively seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to join our team, supporting the Key Account Director. This role focuses on managing and developing key accounts, with a spotlight on the Thailand and Europe markets and other identified markets. Responsibilities:

Key Account Management:

• Collaborate with the Key Account Director to co-lead the management and nurturing of key accounts in various markets.

• Apply sense-making techniques for effective key account management and enhanced business relationships.

Global Business Development:

Strategic Thinking:

Communication and Facilitation:

• Act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and effective bilingual communication in Mandarin and English.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management and/or Engineering (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in Enterprise Development roles.
• Background in government or statutory board roles highly desirable, with exposure to overseas markets.
• Prior participation in exchange programs, extensive travel, and a global mindset is highly preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent bilingual communication skills in Mandarin and English.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully co-lead, driving processes for global partnership development projects.

• Coordinate with Ship Owners to meet accounting requirements and manage Accounts Receivable.
• Identify revenue streams and collaborate to ensure timely recovery from Ship Owners.
• Generate periodic financial reports for all accounts receivables for senior management.
• Provide financial analysis to support internal stakeholders' decision-making.

Requirements:
