Job Functions

1. Manage and lead all channel & distribution of landscaping activities
2. Develop, define, align and deliver the KPIs with Landscape Department Managers in line with business strategy.
3. Prepare Bill of Quantities, Cost Estimation & Budget, and Material Take off statements reconciliation statement, checking bills and estimation of man hours requirement.
4. Establish a robust plan, conduct and review processes with the landscaping team to ensure delivery targets are met.
5. Coordinate with internal departments, other project managers at sites, consultants and vendors.
6. Develop a solid and sustainable organization for the business to succeed.
7. Check material list and check drawing list & site organization chart.
8. Liaise with main contractor, subcontractor, supplier and proper handover to customer upon project completion.
9. Approve / endorse final price before sales quote to customers.
10. Take over the overall management of the project, including VO and WO works.
11. Check claims prior to submission to customers.
12. Provide mentorship and training to fellow employees.
13. Perform other related duties as required by the Manager

Job Requirements

4. Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task
5. Good track record of projects completion
6. Have a passion in landscaping and good scheduling, planning and execution skills
7. Computer literacy & proactive.
