• Prepare reports and provide data to management regarding warehouse activities and performance.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics or related field preferred.
• Extensive experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar position with at least 1 year of Warehouse Operations experience.
• Excellent leadership and people skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong oral communication skills, preferably able to speak Chinese
• Know health and safety regulations and are committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of the job.
• Physical strength and the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methods is a plus.
