RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct supply inquiries, request for quotes, price negotiations, price comparisons and prepare sourcing decisions in alignment with defined procurement processes.
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across all functions and levels, both internally and within suppliers on material mitigations to improve material fulfillment for on-time delivery.
• Ensure material fulfillment, keeping inventory at optimal level, managing AFG, E&O and Inventory turns.
• Coordinate with suppliers, develop, and provide strategic direction by creating long term materials planning processes that will maximize material availability in line with module & engine assembly schedules.
• Work with external repair suppliers on repair quotes and parts turnaround time that will maximize material availability in line with module & engine assembly schedules.
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance to industry quality requirements & company specifications.
• Drive supplier performance reviews to attain the desired levels of cost, quality, delivery and support services.
• Identify and execute cost reduction projects including planning, coordinating with stakeholders, estimating completion and project updates.
• Provide MRO reporting, including spending, savings, scheduling and spend analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in CORE/continuous improvement events and activities such as Value Stream Mapping and/or Kaizen events.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or any other related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant sourcing experience in Aerospace or Defense industries.
• Experience in monthly/quarterly materials forecast based on engine inductions to develop sourcing/mitigations strategies for parts to meet corporate Engine Turnaround targets.
• Good working knowledge of engine parts application to perform mitigations to long TAT parts, spanning over extension of serviceability, in-situ repair and new repair solutions.
• Effective communications and organizational skills to work in cross-functional/international business environment to drive supplier performance reviews and improvements.
• Ability to prioritize appropriately to meet internal customers’ and company’s needs.
• Strong analytical skills that drive creative problem-solving, proposal preparation and negotiation.
• Team-player with high standards of performance to achieve company goals.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications e.g. MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.

• Monitor materials status of the China CM and EU CM and materials fulfilment to meet sale orders demand and forecast demand.
• Manage site inventory and PO to suppliers and make sure CM can cover the demand according to supply Lead Time.
• Release PO to suppliers on behalf of external factory, handle delivery or PO supersede by CM, arrange allocation and shipment to CM.
• Develop related operations flow and documented as standard operating procedures for the internal and outsourcing supply chain process.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• At least 4 years of Planning/Supply Chain experience in the electronics manufacturing industry.
• Good understanding of the Supply Chain and MRP activities.
• Proficient in SAP system.

Job Description:

1. Loading/unloading of plants and products for incoming shipments and outgoing deliveries

2. To check and verify outgoing items are consistent with the Delivery Orders

3. Check Delivery Orders, Cash Bills, or Tax Invoices for sales delivery are properly completed before leaving on delivery

4. Plan delivery routes according to the company's arrangement and customer's request in order to ensure proper delivery is completed on time

5. Deliver items to the correct location and do proper goods receiving process

6. Clean and maintain assigned vehicles and accessories on regular basis. Remind in-charge personnel for the scheduling of servicing, of necessary repair works, of vehicle inspection datelines, etc.

JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be part of the Alert Monitoring Team, to monitor pro-active and reactive alerts coming from various tools, perform 24 x 7 shift duties on rotation to support monitoring functions in BMC Control-M platform.

• Monitoring – scrutinizing alerts received from our various tools and ensuring that they are properly logged and worked on.
• Incident Ticket Management – entering alerts into ticketing tool (Remedy) and updating these tickets as necessary.
• Escalation – contacting various support teams as necessary to ensure alerts are properly managed.
• Automation – look into ways to automate repetitive tasks and work with vendors and internal parties to implement automated solutions.
• Process Improvement – continuously review current processes to identify rooms for improvement including automation and job optimization.
• Documentation – create and update documentation related to Operations Monitoring
• Audit – ensure that all documentations used by the team including processes, SOP’s and work instructions are complete, accurate and up to date.
• Reporting and Communications – create and distribute reports and communications related to Operations Monitoring.

JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATION

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline from a recognized institution.
