Job Scope:

• Provide IT helpdesk support and assist end users.
• Offer technical support for desktops, laptops, iPads, and in-house applications to corporate users.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows operating systems and applications.
• Manage and troubleshoot networking equipment, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Deploy workstations (desktops, laptops, iPads) and other IT equipment.
• Manage IT hardware and software inventory.
• Assist with IT hardware procurement and related administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with external vendors for IT issue resolution.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in IT or equivalent
• 3 years relevant experience

Service Consultation and coordination

Schedule service appointments and manage the service workflow.

Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate diagnostics and

repairs.

 Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle throughout the service

process.

 Review the service and repairs completed with the customer, ensuring

satisfaction.
