Reporting to Director, International Regulatory Programs, the Analyst, Regulatory Compliance (Renewables Sustainability) will work within Commercial’s Global Renewables Trading group with responsibility for ensuring compliance with international environmental laws, regulations and monetary implications affecting renewable fuels, feedstocks, or credits

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support the Singapore renewable feedstocks and fuels initiatives
• Manage and track obligations generated through P66 commercial activity under the Renewable Energy Directive (RED II), California Low Carbon Fuel Program, U.S. EPA Renewable Fuel Standard and other Renewable Programs as required
• Manage International Sustainability & Carbon Certification (ISCC) requirements as well as other certifications as required
• Manage sustainability mass balancing and chain of custody documentation

Position Overview

As our Campaign Implementation Analyst, you will be responsible for client, agency, and vendor training, campaign creation, media brief management, and campaign reporting. You will need to have a passion for data, and experience with marketing technology is a significant advantage.

Internally, the Campaign Implementation Analyst works closely with the Client Partner Lead and Client Operations team to ensure the platform is configured and operational to meet specific client needs. Externally, the Campaign Implementation Analyst works closely with the client and their media agency teams and 3rd party media partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop a complete understanding of the MSIGHTS Platform applications and data relationships in order to assist users with troubleshooting and gaining maximum value from the Platform.
• Provide support, training and daily operations for client users and their vendor partners to ensure they can make the most of our platform. Interaction with media partners from China are expected.
• Assist in creating and maintaining lead generation marketing campaigns, ensuring they are executed on time and as per client’s requirements.
• Manage the workflow in Media Briefing including coordination with client’s vendors globally..
• Perform ad hoc data analysis, research and QA as required to ensure campaign data integrity and resolve existing or potential campaign data issues.
• Create detailed campaign reports in the MSIGHTS Platform to ensure stakeholders have access to campaign insights.
• Create & maintain support materials in both English and Chinese to support client and vendors' user experience.
• Identify value-added processes and areas of improvement based on client feedback and translate those into actionable steps for development and implementation.
• Proactively communicate with users through email and cloud-based conferencing to cultivate value-based relationships with clients and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and fluent in Chinese & English — both written and verbal — and the ability to work well with diverse internal teams (including external client-facing and internal technology resources).
• A love for data and experience with marketing technology, analytics software, media data and reporting or business intelligence platforms is essential.
• Must be a self-starter and willing to take the initiative to learn how our application is designed and used by our clients. Must be able to think like a client system user. Key to this qualification is being able to effectively support and train users in everything MSIGHTS has to offer and anticipate future needs.
• Must be intellectually curious, detail-oriented, committed to quality, and client-focused, all while being flexible and entrepreneurial in a fast-paced international work environment.
• Exceptional project management, analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience applying these skills to resolve application design considerations and client business issues.
• A strong working knowledge of data and MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is essential. An ability to quickly learn software programs is a major plus.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new products jointly with other application/project teams
• Contribute towards the end-to-end solutioning for these new products
• Contribute towards defect leakage and quality improvement initiatives
• Share support and expertise by providing training and knowledge sharing sessions
• To define UAT cases/plan and be a liaison between project stakeholders and testing team

• Perform business and functional analysis (end to end) for Cash Management services wrt to the reporting platform and products for Asia Pacific countries;
• Provide viable solutions that improve operational efficiency, user experience, and delivers business initiatives that is inline with Solution
• Produce requirements in the form of Users Story to vendors and review vendor FS (where applicable), review and sign-off the artefacts and solutions produced by the vendor (where applicable).
• Drive User Story grooming with vendor and closes all doubts from vendor.

Requirements:

• Strictly 8-10 years of experience in IT as a BA or relevant
• Experience as BA or PM on reporting platforms within the finance sector
• SIT/UAT experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to details, strong work ethic, team spirit, exceptional customer serving attitude
