• Experienced in analysing and identifying SAP Service Pack impact, preparing release notes for transport, preparing FFID log and other SAP logs.
• Performs rigorous documentation of SAP processes and presenting progress reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 5-6 years in experience as a SAP consultant in a similar industry and in Financials, Controlling and Project System modules.
• Intensive knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA and FIORI.
• Excellent teamwork, collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Experience in planning, analysing, designing, developing, testing, implementing, documenting, and training in S/4 HANA Financials, Controlling and Project System will be an added advantage

Job Scope:

• To provide support in the implementation and operation of all aspects of audio visual, video conference, display and presentation technologies used in the client’s premises
• Assisting in the provision of support for internal and external events
• To carry out routine testing of equipment to diagnose, log and report operational faults
• Working with our team to assist in the diagnosis and rectification of faults to ensure that all systems are fully functional and that equipment and system down time are kept to a minimum
• To ensure any paperwork is completed on time and filled out completely, as required
• Support in-house Video Conferencing technology
• Clean and maintain audio and video equipment and ensure that they are stored properly
• Diagnose, test and resolve A/V equipment and media system problems as part of the regularly scheduled preventative maintenance cycle
• Operate and monitor equipment during meetings, such as sound levels, remote cameras, video playback, and webcasting
• Carry out regular preventative room checks, ensuring all equipment functions correctly by the room check procedure
• To maintain records of equipment usage (when applicable), to make minor adjustments and repairs to equipment when necessary
• Raise tickets for faults and liaise with relevant bodies for repairs of malfunctioning equipment
• Proactive maintenance/reporting to ensure all AV equipment is always of the highest
• standard and functioning correctly
• Assist with first line fault repairs
• To carry out scheduled maintenance checks (room checks/power downs) and to write technical reports based on test results

As a Data Analyst for the DSS Division – Operation Strategy, you will be responsible for data analytics including, but not limited to, capacity planning, floor space mapping, work automation, and database management. Your work will drive capacity mapping/planning and floor space optimization initiatives in DSS plants through leading cross-functional teams. Your objective is to streamline data collection processes, automate business processes, and support long-term profitable growth by developing and maintaining databases and data systems.

• Drive Capacity mapping/planning and Floor space optimization initiatives in DSS plants thru leading of cross functional team/s
• Streamlining data collection processes and automating business processes
• Developing and maintaining databases, data systems and Analytic needs of the Supply Chain group to support long term profitable growth.
• Extracting, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources using automated tools in order to investigate complex business problems
• Prepare Analysis and/or develop reporting capabilities to help drive long term value creation or cost reduction effort.
• Identify Cost Saving, Profitable Growth opportunities Improving efficiency, understanding Division/plants/Customer needs, through data visualization and insight from complex and big data available

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Informatics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

• Advanced analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Advanced computer proficiency, particularly in Excel (Pivot Tables and advanced report writing).
